Fast, great service, and very friendly! My girlfriend and I were on a road trip when the hood of our car started flapping scarily in strong winds. We took it to Klamath Car Care and they were able to find some bolts that had fallen out and get them tightened in just a few minutes. They even gave us some good recommendations for the rest of our road trip! I wish I lived nearby so I could make them my regular mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mike and company at Klamath car care saved us. We were driving through to a reunion and noticed a crack in the radiator. Called this shop that night, they got us in the next morning and fixed the radiator for less time and for less money than they quoted us. Wow! I bought a used car a couple of years ago and my AC had never really ran right since I bought it. This summer the AC completely died in my car, so late this spring I started taking it in to get it fixed. I took it to another shop about 4 times over 2 months, and while they did a great job, my issue still wasn’t fixed. The other shop told me it was my evaporator and that they couldn’t work on it because they would have to take apart my entire dash to replace it.My husband called Klamath Car Care and asked them if this was a service they did in their shop and they said yes, they gave us a quote and quickly put us on the books. I dropped off the car to them first thing in the morning on a Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon, they called to let us know it was done, and that it was a completely different issue that cost me about half of what we were originally quoted and the dash didn’t need to be taken apart at all! The AC now blows colder and stronger than it ever has!Everyone we dealt with at this shop was so kind, and very professional! I will definitely be back for any future repairs I may need in the future! Thank you!

Klamath Car Care is the BEST place I have ever taken my (sons) car to get fixed!! They are honest and affordable!! I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else! They have great communication and are always very fast with their jobs!!
