So I had bought a brand new 2021 Subaru Crosstrek from Klamath Falls Subaru back in January of 2021. Klamath Falls Honda and Subaru work in tandem with each other. Anyways, I get a call from Klamath Falls Honda the other day and the gal says they are interested in taking in my car as a trade in since they are trying to get better used cars on their lot. I agreed to coming by the next day to possibly trade in my car. Keep in mind, my Crosstrek was in mint condition. I never missed a service interval, I saved every single receipt for the car in a binder in the back of the car. I also built it into a little off roader with about $10,000 in aftermarket parts (I know, after market parts don't add value). Anyways, my car booked at $21,000 trade in. I was interested in downgrading into a 2016 Toyota Corolla that they had on the lot. I had looked online the night before and the price online was $15,000. Fast forward to the meeting, they look over my car, I look over the Corolla, they crunch numbers and the salesguy I was working with comes back with the offer. He said that the asking price for the Corolla is $16,000 and they offered $13,000 trade in for my car. I told the salesguy that the car is currently online for $15,000. He then just had a blank look on his face. I pulled up the car on their own website to show him and he then started back peddling. I the. Told him that my car books at $21,000 trade in. And you called me saying you wanted my car, so why are you telling me you are offering $8,000 less then it's trade in value? He didn't have an answer. I then happily left and went over to Klamath Falls Toyota. They loved my car and I traded it in. They gave me $21,000 trade in value and I was able to get a nicer Corolla then the one that Honda had. In summary, Klamath Falls Honda is absolute crap and are arguably a scam.

Buying a car from the team at Klamath Falls Honda was such a nice and stress free experience. They are all so friendly and helpful. My car salesman was Candi and she was an absolute delight to work with!! Highly recommend.

*Long review incoming* In California and buying from Klamath Falls Honda? Do not worry, they have your back! Klamath Falls is lucky to have this dealership in their city! February 1st, I was on the hunt for a new 2023 Civic Type R, which is hard to come by. After looking at an online tracker, I found that Klamath Falls Honda has what I'm looking for. I decided to call the next day and spoke with Ramon. To my dismay, the vehicle was pending sale, but Ramon said he would promptly call me back if the buyer or deal didn't work out. 3 days later, I get a call from Ramon with good news (for me). The Type R I've been eyeing is available. Being far from this dealer, I would've imagined that trying to make a deal would be difficult. I was wrong. After figuring out numbers and sending an offer, Ramon promptly went to Neil, the sales manager. After a few back and forth negotiations, we agreed on a price - all over the phone, thanks Neil! The next step was working with Randy, the finance manager, to get a deposit in to secure the vehicle. After speaking with Randy, we agreed on a deposit amount to secure the vehicle for me. Randy assured me and even went out of his way to place a "SOLD - DO NOT TOUCH" sign on the windshield for me. He even kept the windows rolled up for me and locked the car - this level of customer service is extremely valuable to me. I scheduled my trip to Klamath Falls, OR from Roseville, CA. Worked with both Ramon and Randy on timing - the soonest I could get there was a week away. They promised and reassured me my Type R would be sitting there waiting for me. During this time, they checked on me throughout the week. They even asked if I needed accommodations for lodging (they're making me feel like a VIP at this point) - I'm astonished. I was even put in touch with the Marketing Coordinator, Jillian, to get a copy of all the photos that she took when the Type R was ready for sale. Jillian went out of her way to make sure I had every photo I wanted while I anxiously await delivery day. Ramon also sent me videos of the Type R in the showroom floor. Fast forward to delivery day. Once I arrive at the dealership, I am warmly (and enthusiastically) greeted by Ramon and Randy. They were ecstatic that after a week of waiting, I am finally there to pick up my brand new 2023 Civic Type R. Ramon brings me to the Type R, gives me the opportunity to look over it, sit in it, play in it and take all the time I need. The folks in service were also really kind - they expressed how sad of a day it is for them since the Type R is leaving. Randy - thanks for all of the videos of the Type R being driven out of the showroom floor - I love the how much is documented! Finance is ready. I'm really glad Randy listened to my concerns, understood my position and most importantly, didn't pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. The deal is done - I am so relieved that Klamath Falls Honda honored their word and kept this vehicle on hold for me. I was anxious that entire week and worried that the car would be sold under me since I'm out of state - I am so glad I was wrong. Everyone I've worked with has proven to possess integrity and honesty. Off I go back to Roseville. Randy and Ramon check in periodically to see how the trip is going and even checked in once I made it home - they're starting to feel like family at this point. Lastly, being in California, there were still a few steps I needed to do to get the vehicle registered. This is what made my jaw drop. When I was called to the counter at my local DMV, the gal assisting me let out a very loud sigh and said "Oh great - an out of state sale, this is going to rough". I gave her the tracking number that Nick (DMV/Title Specialist) provided me and she retrieved all the sent documents. During this time, she was hardly personable and looked agitated. Getting close towards the end, she finally cracked a smile and said "Wow, this dealership is extremely thorough with their calculations, estimations of fees and do

I had called in a few months ago requesting to be on a waitlist on a Civic. Before getting on a waitlist, I confirmed it will be MSRP and they verbally agreed and I would be 3rd in line. When I called back a little later, the offer is no longer available and will be a mark up. There is no longer a waitlist but a first come first serve policy once a car arrives. I had stopped calling other dealerships so no I'm on the back of the line.

Let me tell you about my experience with Klamath Falls Honda. I found a beautiful Toyota Tacoma for sale on their website, and inquired on the truck. They responded immediately saying they would love to schedule a test drive. I said yes, but told them I was on a job site in California (Medford is my permanent residence) and could use my sick days to get up there on Friday, to look at the truck and most likely buy the truck barring anything was wrong with it. They said "You got it! We will hold the truck for you, see you in 4 days!" Each day, they sent me a picture of the truck, and call to say "she's waiting for you" getting me really hyped up, and also very connected to my possible new truck. They assure me that they are setting me up with Randy, who is their best salesman they've got, he won't do me wrong, etc. So I talk to my boss, he clears my sick time, which is rare because of how short notice it was, and on Friday morning I drive home to Medford. I arrive that night, and right on queue, 6 pm, Klamath falls Honda contacts me to confirm I am still seeing the truck at 10:15am Saturday morning, and that they're still holding the truck. Theresa tells me, it will be sitting out front, it will be the first thing you see. I'm ecstatic, it was snowing all night Friday so in the early morning I buy some sand for my current pickup and then head over the mountain pass (OR-140) to get my truck. Mind you, gas was at $6.00 a gallon, and I've now driven 650 miles to see this dream truck that Klamath Honda has repeatedly ensured me was being held just for me. I arrive at 11:00am, 45 minutes late, because of the snow on the pass, and pull in to the dealership. No Tacoma out front. I see Randy, and say "Hi I'm Matt, the one you are holding the Tacoma for" to which he replies, "who?" He then asks me to describe the truck. I do, and he says... "I sold it at 7pm last night. AN HOUR AFTER THEY CALLED ME TO REASSURE ME I SHOULD STILL COME. He goes into his little office, comes back to explain that HE hadn't seen the weeks worth of notes the internet sales team had left for him, and that they hadn't contacted him regarding anything. He goes and talks to his boss, and I'm in shock. He comes back, n without any empathy or even any emotion at all, just says sorry, and that he could sell me a base model Tacoma if I wanted. It felt insensitive, it was clear that they got a better offer and decided to sell it to that person instead of me, behind my back. So to confirm I asked him the price he sold it at to "settle my mind" he tells me they just out of no where paid $49,750 ($1000 over the sticker price) because they thought that was what it was really worth... COMICAL. Randy DID know he was holding this truck for me, he knew I was driving close to 800 miles to buy this truck, but he got a better deal, sold it that instant and had no issue lying to my face about it afterwards, or inform me so I didn't need to take the drive. If you do business with this dealership, STAY far away from the salesman Randy, and if a person named Theresa messages you, do not believe a single thing she says. They do not care about you, or even view you as human, you are a statistic, a big ol dollar sign. There is no honesty, or accountability. Which is pretty far from what they state they are about on their website. "Putting the customer first". No it's just putting the highest bidder first. I will never consider a vehicle from this dealership, nor any Honda dealership for a while. The fact that Klamath Falls Honda is okay with what happened to me as a potential customer shows you their true colors. Keep a wide birth, it's not worth your time, gas, or effort. Go to the awesome Toyota dealership across the street, or even the Ford dealership. I hope this review sways some of you from being tricked, or lied to. Either way, there's my review!
