David Krass came to install my HughesNet equipment yesterday. He is a really nice guy. If you are thinking about getting HughesNet you should call Krass Marketing directly instead of going through HughesNet. I wish I would have known Krass Marketing was a HughesNet provider because it is much nicer to deal with someone locally. Thanks David.

I delt with Garth and he answered all of the questions I had about Dish Network. I couldn't get answers from the Dish 800 number unless I committed to service. It was much better to deal locally.
