Very up kept & the best mat to use whenever needing laundry done in town! The staff has been nothing but very helpful & friendly. I have been here multiple times & never had an issue, highly recommend.

I put $4.75 into the machine, and it was for "quick wash". The clothes in the middle never even got wet. So how much does it cost to wash ALL of the load? $10???

Very disappointing experience here. Had been camping and visiting Crater Lake and surrounds the last week, and it was time to do laundry. This place had the most stars compared to the other options so I went there. Machines were very confusing and misleading to use, with no clear instructions posted and also did not work properly. I had two small loads so chose the smallest, cleanest looking of the machines, which displayed a price of $4.25. I ran my card and turned the knob to the desired setting. It first added another quarter and instructed me to run my card (again!). However, when I ran my card, it said the machine was already in use. The apparent owners were there fortunately, so I greeted them and asked if they could help. I explained the steps I had followed and how the machine wanted more money, but wouldn't accept more payment when I tried to run my card again, saying it was already in use. The wife (?) acted really annoyed and put out. (Oh, and by this time, the machine was now wanting an additional $0.50 instead of the quarter it first said, which seems sketchy to me.) She put in two quarters and got it going, but acted like I was trying to get a free wash, saying in a really impatient and exasperated way, "No sense arguing back and forth about it!" (Mind you, I had not said one word after I showed her the steps I had taken.) I just said thank you and went to get my second washer going. This time, I did my settings first before running my card (thinking that was probably the issue the first time), but I still got the same problem. It ran my card for the initial charge, but as soon as I did, it added another $0.75 and wanted the card run again! However, it again said the machine was already in use and wouldn't take any further payment. I went to get one of the owners again, and the husband gets in my face, shaking his hands and snarling, "Now look! Pay attention because I'm not gonna say this again...!" That was as far as he got because I raised my voice right back and told him. "Don't you talk to me like that!!" His demeanor was completely bizarre as I had been nothing but polite up to that point. The wife then rushed out and took over and was now singing a different tune and acting with a more appropriate level of professionalism and tone of voice. She put some card in the machine that somehow got it running. So stressful, not how I was expecting to start my day just trying to do laundry! Additionally, it seemed like every few machines had an out of order sign on it. They did not appear to be regularly maintained, several looking dirty, and many of the dryers smelling bad. I travel a lot and have also never been to a laundromat that makes you run your card several times to pay. Usually, once you select your settings, whether your card is inserted first or last, it will adjust the price accordingly and it only gets authorized once. I am definitely going to be watching my transactions like hawk! To sum up, owners who treat customers very rudely with dirty, smelly machines in poor repair and possibly sketchy card readers and pricing practices.

Prices are high by default, but the washers are auto-set to "quick wash" (16 mins for 12.(and some change) USD (large washers) and 16 mins for 10.(and some change) USD(medium washers) and it's 2 USD extra to have a full/default wash.
Plus, the water levels is all over the place for the washers.
The dyers are decent and the place is clean.
This is your only warning, learn from my mistake.

Was told today that my 2 and half year old great grandson could not be walking around without shoes. So the alternative is to sit in a hot car in the sun. Go figure. It's not like they sell groceries in the place.

Clean safe place to do laundry. Convenient location near Fred Meyers. Friendly attendant cleaning equipment. I would recommend this business.
