We were new to towing trailers and they walked us through everything we need to do to get on the road safe. Additionally they stored the trailer for us since i didn’t have anywhere to park it until we moved. They worked with us on permits so we didn’t have to register it right away. These people have been nothing but helpful and always available for any questions. Highly recommend them!

The prices are great and so are the folks who work there. The person or people who detail the vehicles do an absolute remarkable job. The sales people are very honest with their information and work hard to make sure they only selling quality vehicles. I will forever recommend these guys.

Today Kyle from luxor helped me by picking up a 5th wheel trailer. If u are looking for a company that goes above and beyond this is it. Not only did they take the time to help me solve all my issues they were kind and friendly the whole time. They came up with solutions to each problem we came across instead of reasons to cut tale and run. I will be a return customer of this company for any other need they can possibly fulfill.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I didn’t have to. Bought a Subaru from them, radiator was jerry rigged to just make it run, head gaskets are bad, cadalettic converter needs replaced.. 5200.00 worth of work that needs done. We have 3 kids and just needed a reliable car for my wife. What kind of people would sell this to someone? They told us there mechanics checked the whole car over and everything was great. Better send those mechanics back to school.

we bought the 2005 Honda crv and from them for 5250 and came eith problems the blade in front of radiator not working hit a bump and here squeaking down were tires are at and here squeaking when going up a hill in the back I would not go to them we even test drove the car and came with check e gone light on to silornder head to misfire we had to replace spark plugs and coils as well they need to fix that before selling the car which they did not we ask them to if it came like that or could

Originally I was super happy with this dealership and Eric (even gave a 5 star review). That was until the Yukon XL lost all oil pressure a month after purchasing it. After reaching out, they said they wanted to help and would reach out in 24hrs. After 2 weeks of them dodging my calls/texts. I gave up and took it to a mechanic. Apparently a sender was bad, the cams are super worn, and an oil screen was removed. I was told it was inspected thoroughly. Clearly it wasn’t properly. If you get a vehicle here, have your own inspection done.

Not for me. I walked in to get a quote for a simple wash and the office was basically empty with only a single lady working, I thought I was in the wrong place. She was real nice and asked what kind of car I have. She then quotes me $200 for a full exterior detail of my Corolla without looking at it. I reiterated that I'm only looking for a wash, not a full detail. She says that $200 is the cheapest service they have, but it includes a full exterior cleaning with engine bay cleaning. I declined and told her that before moving to kfalls, I did this successfully in a bigger market while charging less- I was just looking to be lazy, but I'll do it myself. She was still nice and said Yeah sorry about that, we only offer what we offer.The good - The lady is nice- The prices/services are clearThe bad - Quotes without looking at the work- No options for services- Bad rate for services offeredBased on other reviews, I'm sure the work is good, but based on my experience, I'll pass.

A Cautionary Tale: after a couple of weeks back and forth, I was going to pull the trigger on a Baja from this dealer. The dealer had provided some 'mickey mouse' history report (Not a CarFax) which indicated 'no accidents'. However, because I'm a thorough shopper, i decided to spring for a real CarFax. Well, surprise, surprise, the CarFax showed an ACCIDENT ! Dealer offers no apology. The above statement is FACTUAL....It's up to you to draw your own conclusions...

We recently bought a used car down at Luxor, my daughter was on a budget and they helped us find something perfect for her price range , Eric and Amy were both so helpful throughout the whole process. Their website and online inventory make it easy to see what they have before you even get down there. Great vibe and atmosphere on the lot and in the sales office. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back next time we need another car!
