Very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest people. Patrick and the gal that is usually up front are very helpful people. They always address any concerns that I have and always make sure I leave the store happy. They don’t try to pressure you into a sale which I really appreciate. I’m from Lincoln city and this is the jewelry store I will continue to go to for years to come.

I was in Klamath Falls visiting my dad, and I had broken one of my go to earrings, a small platinum hoop. We stopped at Fred Meyers jewelers first and was told that they'd have to send it out, which means I wouldn't be getting it back in time before I left. They recommended Indigo Beads; the owner there took a look at it and said she couldn't fix it, so she in turn recommended Main Street Jewelers. I love the sense of community, from one store's recommendation to another and then to another. I walked into Main Street Jewelers, hoping they'd be able to repair it on such short notice (I was leaving Klamath Falls the next morning). I was greeted by Shelby, who was very friendly. She took a look at it and then checked with the jewelry repair person, Patrick, who said not a problem. They gave me a call a few hours before closing (that was impressive too, that there was that much time to spare on getting it done and they were busy) to come and pick it up. When I arrived, Chris (who has a great sense of humor and I know his drink preference) helped me, and then Patrick and Shelby came over to the counter too, and we were chatting about drinks and jewelry. What more does one need to talk about? :) Patrick did a fantastic job, good as new, and he also cleaned them for me as well, so shiny again! I can't recommend Main Street Jewelers enough and the very kind and fun people who work there. The next time I break a piece of jewelry again, I'm going to wait to have it repaired by them when I go visit my dad. On a side note, in browsing their store there are many classic looking pieces, I was admiring their great watch collection.

We have purchased numerous pieces of jewelry from Main Street and have been pleased with every piece. Their customer service is excellent and they warranty without question. They have been a joy to work with and treat us as friends every time we come in.

A business of this nature should know how to properly test and identify precious metals they're buying. Telling people their real coins are counterfeit is extremely unprofessional, bad business. Try implementing a legitimate testing procedure next time. How many people have you lied to over the years?

Small family owned and operated store. Very nice jewelry,great place for repairs, redesigns and ring sizing. Good quality merchandise,fair,honest pricing. They run fantastic sales and stand behind all their merchandise and repairs. Located in the heart of downtown Klamath Falls on Main street. They have a loyal customer base and really try to get to know their customers.

Went in weeks ago, talked to one of the managers about appraisal of a gem, said it would be $90. Came in this week now that I can spare the money, they say they don't even appraise gemstones. Waste of time.

After being proposed with my fiancés grandmothers ring, we went down to Main Street Jewelers to get it resized and rearranged. We had the privilege of working with Chris, who was so patient with me! I had no idea what I wanted going into this process. He helped give me some beautiful ideas of what could be done with my ring, and ultimately made a beautiful engagement ring for me. I'm truly so happy with it! I will be returning to Main Street Jewelers come time to get my wedding band and am so looking forward to working with them again!

Shelby at Main Street Jewelry was extremely patient kind and helpful when I was shopping for an engagement ring.she made my buying experience completely comfortable and I never felt pressured at any time to spend more than I could afford and she even helped me afford more on my budget.
