Trina was great and went far out of her way to get me a great discount and make sure I walked out of there with a phone plan. Unfortunately, the phone I was sold is horrible, somehow even worse than the refurbished one I was using. Go here for the customer service, but DON'T buy the TCL K32 phone

I went into to metro and was immediately greeted by Omar. He was incredibly helpful, listened to my concern, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. It felt like he genuinely cared, which made a big difference.

I recently had a frustrating experience at MetroPCS. From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt dismissive. The employee helping me, a woman named Trina, made the situation even worse. Instead of listening to my questions, she kept rolling her eyes and acting as if I was inconveniencing her just by being there.
Her attitude was unprofessional and made the entire visit uncomfortable. I came in expecting help, but instead I felt talked down to and rushed. No customer should feel that way, and it definitely left a bad impression of the store and the service. Metro please do better.

I’m honestly frustrated with my experience at this Metro by T-Mobile location. It’s ridiculous that a store like this can’t maintain basic hygiene standards. The smell in the store was overwhelming, and it’s unacceptable for an employee to come to work in that condition. Customers shouldn’t have to hold their breath just to ask a question. Management needs to step up, address this immediately, and make sure the store is presentable and professional. This should not be happening—ever.
