The Audiologist Harvey Nevarez was and is a very wonderful person who was super helpful and sweet. He went above and beyond for my great grandma. She came in to get a hearing test. Unfortunately I had ordered hearing aids prior to coming in but Harvey helped me to program these hearing aids with the information he had on his end. He was so helpful, kind, and just made things easy and comfortable. He was very professional and you can tell he really loves his job and the people that come in. If I hadn't ordered the other hearing aids I previously got for my great grandma, I for store l sure would of gone through Harvey to get hearing aids from Miracle Ear!Thank you so so so much Harvey Nevarez! You do such a good job and I hope you continue to prosper!

Ben and Viola were very helpful, understand and ver professional. Always wanted to help anyway they could. They knew what they were doing and explained everything. Now have the worst luck new guy is very rude unprofessional. Had an appointment the other day showed up 5 mins before missed him by a hair and he try to say we never showed up when everyone on that floor said he left running a few minutes before we got there. Hearing Aida were working perfect when Viola was there now they don't work has to take them out when gets a call, can't hear the tv, or people talking asked to be fixed new guy says there's not much I can do after saying he added different options to them. such a waste of money. I paid for life time batteries received one pack and now I'm almost $6,000 in debt for nothing

Run, don't walk, away from this place! Way over priced and just when the technician learns the job, they are gone. Every time I go in I am stuck spending hours getting the hearing aids back to what is normal sounding. And every time they upgrade the phone app (easiest way to control way to control) it gets worse.

The staff is not overly familiar with their own product and badly misrepresented it. The hearing aids I ended up with are not even usable though I paid an exorbitant price for them.

My ATRIO insurance only covers up to $2000 for specific hearing aids provided by My hearing Centers or Miracle Ear. My Hearing Center tacks on an extra $1200 fee for maintenance service of the hearing aid. No different than a car repair insurance policy except you are forced to buy it. I would be better off at Costco with no insurance. So I call my other choice, Miracle Ear in Klamath Falls. I get a third party with a heavy accent that wasn't Spanish. This doesn't make much sense to someone with a a hearing problem understanding his wife. This person is neither providing good service to an English Speaker or a person speaking another language. All she wanted to do was make an appointment. All I wanted was information on what specific hearing aids my insurance paid for and what the cost would be. She couldn't provide it and reluctantly connected me to the Klamath store. I got a recording. Leave a message. We will call you back. They never called back after 10 days. I live 30 miles from town on a fixed income. I don't need to spend an exorbitant amount for gas just to get some information. Is this really the kind of service I want after spending (?) for a hearing aid???. My impression....the hearing aid industry is still a disgraceful scam.

Me and my grandpa came in to get him some hearing aids. Mr. Nevarez the audiologist was super rude to my grandpa. My grandpa picked out a pair of hearing aids and Mr. Nevarez said “are you sure you can afford these”. He then did the mold for my grandpas ears OVER a month ago and still has not reached out. I’ll be taking my grandpa elsewhere.

I have had hearing aids from Miracle .Ear for severalyears now and have been through several hearing aide sprialist. Viola is the best one we have had yet. She is flexible in scheduling and does not hustle you out the door. She is easy to talk to and works on trying to solve any problems with your hear aid. Ted VanderlipTed Vanderlip

Viola is a gem, and has helped to.change my dad's life after my mom passed away. Investing in new hearing aids has brought him out of a painful place, and he says he never thought he could hear this well again! When I call to set up my apt. Megan got me in the next day. She was very nice and professional very nice and on top of what I needed I saw Viola Savage, and she was fantastic! She Got me hearing right away!

If you or a family member is struggling with a loss of hearing, Viola is the lady to go see. She's so patient and eager to help. I would definitely recommend Miracle Ear!
