Had the same vehicle to 3 other shops prior to My Mechanic for the exact same issue with my air conditioning. All 3 failed to listen when I described what was going on, all 3 charged me for diagnostics, and all 3 failed to fix my A/C. I had all but given up, but decided to give it one last try, this time with My Mechanic. They were able to quickly identify and repair the issue (a faulty relay that only worked intermittently) because they listened, and they knew what they were doing. Won't be wasting anymore money on those other guys in the future. My Mechanic has earned a loyal customer.

We have been using My Mechanic for a couple of years. We have found them to be very honest,
Thorough and straightforward. Their level of service is excellent. All maintenance and repairs they’ve done have been of excellent quality. We highly recommend them for any repairs. I would especially recommend them to woman, they won’t give you the runaround and tell you you need unnecessary work done. Their fees are reasonable too.

Wouldn't recommend this place to change a lug nut got charged almost $1,000 to literally get nothing done whatsoever I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy after I got the vehicle back there was numerous plugs just unplugged and left that way it was a joke but I hope this helps others avoid the stress and financial loss with no results or gain
