The receptionist is very rude. Walked in today to ask for a drug test before I could say hello, or explain my situation she said “WHAT COMPANY?” I started to try and ask what she meant, because two different companies sent me there. I told her one of my company names and she stated she never heard of them, then proceeded to help the people that came in after me rather than trying to figure out why I was sent there or offering any information that could help the situation I was in. she made me wait until it was to late to get a test done and then became very upset when the people from my company were calling to figure why I was unable to test. She was rolling her eyes and getting very upset that we were only asking questions. I noticed she was extremely nice to the other two people in that came in. So it was quite obvious she was only being rude to me. She clearly wanted me to leave. I can’t imagine what I could have done to upset her straight from walking through the door but she handled the situation very poorly. It should not have been that big of a deal to answer questions and provide information.

The lady here is super pushy and rude. She acts like there is a super tight schedule despite like 2 people being in the building. She beat on the door and told me to hurry up like 15 seconds into my pee while still not even half way done yet. I hope I never have to come back, even the lobby music is terrible.

The front desk receptionist was very abrupt and rude. Just a friendly reminder that your establishment is not the only testing facility in town and we as employees do communicate with our employers on how well we are treated in such establishments.

I really don’t like to write reviews like this, but the lady who owns this business is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was afraid to ask questions because she was so short with me and other customers. She was also confusing with directions. I would not recommend using this facility.
