This place was referred to me for quick and easy return. I made the mistake of choosing the wrong drop off option on Amazon. The staff was quick and knowledgeable to help me get through Amazon customer service to get the correct label. Will definitely be recommending to others and returning when I have other mail out needs! Thank you guys for the guidance and help!

I went to ship a package with this service and because of the weight, dimensions, and location, it was originally very expensive. I found an alternate shipping price elsewhere, and Ontime Pack and Ship ended up matching that price, saving me both time and money! And their customer service was excellent. Very happy with my experience here!

UPDATE: ONTIME is open and he is working really hard at helping everyone. Thank you for the wonderful service. I knew you would make everything right. YOU ROCK!
:( I have always relied on ONETIME to get my packages to my husband in a timely manner. I was there a few minutes ago, and they are NOT open like their sign says they would be today. It doesn't say anything about opening late.
My packages are very important to my husband that works out of state most of the year. :(

Awesome folks!! I searched all of Klamath for shipping labels and was nearly in tears. Gary and Esther were my saving grace and even gifted me a roll of labels that I so desperately needed! They gained a Forever Customer today! Thank you, Gary and Esther! Best customer service in town, no doubt!
