I called with a question the employee on the line was super kind and quick to answer (shows competence in the business) and just wanted to point/shout out the owner who takes the time to reply to these reviews and fix mistakes made if any
It show that this business values us as customers and I can't wait to place my order

These folks have lost my business forever. The first time I visited was to drop off a prepaid package for shipping. The young woman behind the counter acted very cold and disinterested. She never asked if I wanted a receipt and just kinda blew me off. I left with a feeling of distrust of them handling my important package but tracking showed that it did get into the system and so I chalked it up to maybe she was just having a bad day, no big deal.
Visit number two, several months later. Stopped in again to drop a package and look around their gift shop, maybe buy a gift for my wife. One guy sitting in a chair near the front of the store, three guys behind the counter chatting amongst themselves. I approached the counter, package in hand, set it down on the counter and all three guys looked over at me. They then went back to talking - one guy on his phone, the other two to each other.
So I stood for about 10 minutes, waiting. Never an acknowledgement, no service. 10 wasted minutes of my life, gone. I picked up my package and left. Took it directly to USPS which is what I should have done to begin with.
Never again.
EDIT: Yes I am talking about the right place. By gift shop I meant the shelves of small things for sale in the front of the store.

So impressed with the staff and their kindness to an older gal. Just polite and impressive and 10/10. If I lived here I don't know if I would ever use anyone else after one brief experience. Cheers to your staff!

I love the staff at on time pack and ship NOAH and Starla make a great team and are always very friendly and ready to help out with any tasks ask of them, and if they don’t know something they are always willing to find out the answers and with a speedy response. The owner is also amazing and helps out the community so much and if there is ever an issue he is always ready to make the situation right. Communication is always key a business can’t help you out unless they know of the problem and this company always goes above and beyond not only with their incredible staff but their willing to always go above and beyond for the community. I highly recommend this company and will always do my business with them.
