I stopped by this morning with a DEF fault and a derate message. Joe in the service department got me checked in right away, and before I knew it, my truck was already in the bay being diagnosed. Joe clearly explained the issue and gave me an honest estimate of how long the repair might take. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and treated me with the same respect and urgency you’d expect for a large fleet, despite me being a one-truck operation. This level of service is exactly why I continue to rely on Papé Klamath Falls.

I feel bad that I forgot the service writers name. But these guys are amazing. I had an air leak. Ice built up on the line coming from my air dryer. The said service writer knew what the problem was just from what I told him over the phone. I arrived an hour and a half before closing. They got my truck in , repairs were done and I was ready to go 15 minutes before closing. I was in a bind , they worked me in , repaired my truck fast and a more than fair price. Thank you guys !!! These folks are very customer oriented. I have been there twice, and they do what they say. They got me in on short notice and had me on my way in no time. I'd give them a 10 star rating!

My husband, David Elmore (Red Freightliner Truck for Dhillon Bros.), recently came in to have service on his truck while in transit back home to California. He stated that Joe was amazing and made him feel welcomed. He helped get his truck back on the road with such a positive attitude . Joe even told him that my husband that he made his day.

WOW and Thank you. I got a derate on Hwy 395, Oh Boy... Made Klamath Falls, I was greeted by the service manager, he wrote me up and said they'll take a look at her. Def Level sensor went out, I had it replaced a year to the day. he said he would look into getting it warranty, I haven't heard any think yet, They replaced the sensor and changed a filter that's on the take. Got me in and out in a day. trucks running Great. Thank you for all your help. Great lounge area, washer/dryer, shower and free coffee. thanks again for the welcoming and great service.

This company excellent at customer satisfaction! I’ve never felt like they didn’t care and it’s actually quite the opposite. They have the ability to find parts they don’t stock and bring them in for you. They have a good selection of inventory.
