I had to have a storage unit emptied out and the contents delivered to my Medford Oregon storage unit. What a wonderful experience it was working with peoples warehouse! They are the best. I highly recommend them.

Steve that answers the phone is rude and can not complete a sentence. He will just hang up on you.. Customer service is 9 out of 10 percent in the moving business!!! They lack it from the beginning.

Due to weather our crew couldn't make it to help us unload the 26 ft truck for our move from Portland. Called Steve and he very happily called his crew back into the office for us. They showed up quick and busted out the unloading in an hour!!!!! Kind, respectful and such hard working men. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with these considerate gentlemen (Chrisitian, Jess and Sean) for a local move. On one of the worst weather days of the year when we expected them to cancel, they called ahead to let us know they might be a few minutes late. They showed up and after introductions and a walkthrough, immediately got to work. They moved efficiently and fast with great care for our belongings. It was amazing how quickly they completed our move, considering it took two trips for an in-town move. I recommend them highly and they were well worth the money.

Saved the day! Tina went out of her way to assist us in an issue that we had and saved the day for us! Not only did she help us, it ended up being less than the original amount quoted. Honest, helpful and reliable!

These people are ripping the people off, they are thieves. Our transaction was very easy to explain; pack and move ALL of our stuff from Running Y to our new home in Bandon. We showed Steve (owner) in all closets, garage, etc..Everything that had to go. When moving day came, they moved 80% of our stuff - said the rest wouldn't fit in their truck. Isn't it his job to assess this? If he made a mistake, make two trips? Steve said a lot of things that were not true. Like we'll deduct for whatever you pack from the quote (they didn't). Like we can use your (like new) wardrobe boxes (when it came time to pack, they insisted on their high priced wardrobes). While unpacking at our new place - Steve hit me with the hustle before the furniture came out. No deduct for what we packed (the entire kitchen, and more) or for what was left behind! NOT ONLY THAT, HE PROCEEDED TO BUMP ME ON THE QUOTE! A LOT. Now he said THEY CHARGE BY THE POUND! He was asking for $1700.+ more! We gave him $400. more just to keep the peace. We fed his guys well, tipped them well. Instead of getting our new place set up, I had to go back with my van and utility trailer to pick up the rest. Two trips. THEN, I get ANOTHER invoice for $1,200.+ more 30 days later! They damaged some stuff, put stuff in parts of the house and shop where we wouldn't have wanted it - they were in a rush. This is typical. I expect that. Maybe the rip off hustle is typical too. I'm sure it's typical of the way People's Warehouse does business. I'm generating an invoice for my time moving what I paid them to move, and we will see People's Warehouse in court!

A purely enjoyable experience! The spa is small and very tastefully done. The lack of "drama" was a welcome relief and my toes look sensational!!

I have used People's Warehouse before and just put stuff in storage today. I will never go anywhere else in Klamath Falls. Tina was very nice. She even made a copy of my covid vaccine card for me for free so I can mail myself the original and keep it safe. Can't beat the price. Steven and Tina are providing a valuable service. We will be calling them and using them again when we move. Very reasonable costs.

Originally I hired a different mover for my things. 60 days later they went out of business and left me stranded. Peoples Warehouse took over the storage of my items and had a lower monthly rate. They're very responsive. I'll be having them delivery my things later this month and expect to have the same level of service for it.

We moved to Klamath Falls from the bay area in June of this year. After three months we found our house and called People's to move our belongings from our friends garage to our new home. I can not say enough positive things about this group. Friendly, on time, incredibly patient and efficient. These guys worked so well together! Everything was placed where we asked, nothing was damaged and the price at the end was very very reasonable. And we appreciate the patience of one of the movers when he put one of the beds together. I do not recall your name, but you stuck it out and made it work. Kudos to you!If you need reliable, polite and efficient movers, I'd highly recommend them for a stress free moving experience.
