Bad service. Went to pick up a Doordash. Two female workers failed to do a doordash. I told them I would pump gas and return to get the order but they still failed to start the order and said several more minutes. I cancelled out.

Stole $47 from my company by not correctly entering my fuel permit and overcharging me for the fill up. After 20 minutes of back and forth they said there was nothing they could do to fix it whatsoever. In the begining they offered to give me the difference in cash then said they couldn't do that. Then offered me points on my rewards card only to back out of that as well. Crooks.

Very nice truck stop and very clean.. only draw back is they don't serve pizza...I absolutely love piolet pizza but this one doesn't have it ...

Best place to stop once and get it all; gas, food, etc and get rid of (RV DUMP)! All in one place! Very nice.

I worked there for a couple years and absolutely loved to be there. Was genuinely the best job I had. I loved all my regulars and put the most effort into their satisfaction. About 5-7 months ago management failed and was everywhere and nowhere. It ruined this buisness and its worth in Klamath falls. The new management prioritized the wrong people for promotion and demotion and soon it'll all surface. Dwight and Chris G, I doubt this will reach you guys but you've failed this buisness by making the management decisions you have. To all my old regulars, I miss you guys and trust nobody will ever make you a sandwich like I did! Love Payne

It's a frosty frosty day night. But at least I was able to get a shower. And it had paper towels at the fuel island and I'm leaving after a little break.

Not one to typically review gas stations, but I have to go out of my way here to say this is unequivocally the cleanest gas station bathroom experience I have ever had. Very well maintained. Gas was also significantly cheaper than the Loves down the street.
