The facility is always clean with a positive atmosphere. Samm and her crew are friendly, helpful and always smiling. I will recommend Klamath Falls Planet Fitness to friends and family. Thank You ? ??

A woman was on her phone in the bathroom. I asked her to either stop or leave, as there are signs posted. She laughed and called me rude, and the employee who was standing right outside the bathroom the whole time (long curly hair - the blonder one) took her side.
Y'all are the reason your gym is failing.

I have joined many gyms in my lifetime but this one is one of the best! The staff us so friendly and the gym so clean. The one thing that I would change is how cold they have their A/C

So i asked april 9th to have my membership cancelled. They refused to do it over the phone. I told them you are not authorized to charge my card moving forward it will be theft. I sent the corporate email saying the same. Keep getting charged i explained the problem to a manager over the phone he laughed at me and hung up when i asked to speak to someone higher. Contract Nazis not big on free weights just a trash experience.

The cleanest and best maintained planet fitness I’ve been to. It is cleaned daily with great attention to detail. Staff is very friendly. I used this facility nearly daily while in town for a travel position for a few months. If you live in town full-time, you’re lucky to have access to such a great Planet Fitness facility. Highly recommend.

Have been to several PF locations on the west coast and this one here in KF is by far the cleanest with the friendliest yet professional staff. They do an excellent job and always miss my home gym when I’m out of town.
