OBVIOUS KNOCK OFF. Just spend the extra money else where… Was trying to shop locally , bought my husband a hat. The hat was made out of cheap material and did not fit properly. Tried to exchange or return it , customer service was not willing to help… would not recommend the red ballon… customer service needs some work.

Went in once, the person working there was rude, the jerseys and merchandise are all fake knockoffs (they look real unless you know what to look for) and wildly overpriced sports cards. Don’t waste your time.

Poor customer service. My daughter went in and bought a hat thinking it was name brand. It was the wrong style as well. 20 min later with the receipt went to get a refund and they said they could not help us. Very rude. I didn't see any thing around saying no refunds. Don't go here. Cheaper and better quality on amazon!

They do all kinds of things based around sports and awards and does most of the awards for the town and local colleges. Small shop, just a couple employees and the owner. Never experienced a mistake requiring correction or replacement. They are on point
