RUDE ! I went in today and asked for my very excited niece who's never got her nails done if she had time to do hers, the blonde asain woman she looked at us and said " go home buy color and do her nails" girl that's not the point we do at home nails she wanted to go get them done for the first time. Way to just crap on a little kids first time experience. What a horrible person!!!!

Called to set up appointment and the staff said "I have no time to cut your toe nails, go somewhere else" and hung up the phone without saying another word. Not the first time we have been there, but it is the last time we ever think about doing business there. Very rude and will never take my family or friends back to this place.

We were in town and stopped in to try to get our nails done and the lady we encountered was very very rude. Simply trying to ask if she had availability/pricing she got angry and rudely told us “you go Mimi nail! You go!” Even giving the benefit of language barrier being frustrating that was over the top rude and I would never recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE! this new Asian lady is the most rudest person I've ever met! I just left there shocked! She was the only one there and she immediately said she had an appointment. So I inquired if the man named Dave that did my pedicure about 3 weeks ago was there. She argued with me saying that there was no guy that worked there, that I was WRONG very loudly repeating this at least 3 times and told me that I "had the wrong salon".
I was so shocked at her treatment and the way she acted! It is truly "the wrong salon" because I will never be back!

The New owner Nikki is absolutely amazing and does an amazing job. I highly recommend going into Walmart and getting your nails done at her buisness.

I was yelled at and made fun of by the owner of this salon due to a medical condition that causes me to have very dry skin. She scrubbed my feet so hard she left injuries and bruises. When I asked her to stop and just paint my toes, she was demeaning and abusive. She ended up charging me 49.00 for less than 10 minutes in her chair, which resulted in a horrible polish job on my toes.

I had difficulty removing my acrylic nails at home, so I went to REGAL NAILS to remove the rest.( all 4 1/2 of them) and the lady charged me $17! She also caused me to bleed removing one of them :(. I asked her for a manicure and she asked if I want gel, I said no just reg polish, how much is it? I felt like she avoided the question and just simply didn’t want to give me one because she said all done and took the next person. Anyway, I’m relieved I didn’t give them anymore of my business, that’s ridiculous ?

The older woman who did our nails was INCREDIBLY rude - calling my friend and I stupid multiple times for not immediately understanding her broken and accented English or not having our color picked out prior to our visit. I understand it is frustrating to not be understood properly, but my friends first language is not english either. This woman was yelling at us throughout the visit and was only nice when my friend mentioned she was catholic. This is the worst service I have ever had at a salon, restuarant, or business. My nails looked half-decent (other than my bleeding nailbeds from her rough filing) but my friends looked NOTHING like the reference photo she brought. A very upsetting experience. She had also double booked us with a kind woman and forced her to wait for over an hour after her appointment time to start her pedicure. She then had her put her feet into overly hot water for 30-40 minutes while she finished our nails, completely neglecting us. What a joke! The only time in my entire life I have not tipped a nail artist.

I had 4 1/2 acylic nails removed from here because I had difficulty removing myself, and they charged me $17! She also caused me to bleed removing one of them.

I been here twice and will never come back. I was charged to get fake nails off, and my knowledge have never been charge for this and a ridiculous amount. The woman also didn’t file my nails nicely and was irritated with me.

I'm so mad I spent 100$ on nails that look worse then press ons. That lady did a horrible job I had to make her redo them twice and I'm so disappointed right now whoever this new lady is that bought this place does not know what she's doing it is not worth going there and wasting your money my nails are horrible never again
