I have been with this credit union since for almost 20 years. They have been nothing but outstanding. From checking to vehicle loans, I’ve had wonderful service and have always had a friendly smile when I go in.

It took me awhile to finally write this but after yesterday I've had enough of this horrible credit union.They LOCKED MY DEBIT CARD!They locked my debit card because I emailed them in advance that I had lost my job (low paying) and I couldn't afford the payment as I'm struggling financially unfortunately with No Help.I got laid off twice due to covid and lack of hours now, and it's been so unforgiving on ROGUE part.All their tellers so far at this location have been rude and unhelpful.When I call, it's rhe same, I guess meford would be the location for their phone system.I think it's incredibly unfair and messed up to lock my debit card knowing I have car insurance, knowing I have bills that are a requirement legally. They are screwing me over to get their credit card payment even though I lost my job.I'm doing what I can, side gigs, whatever to make little money and for them to put a restriction on my money that is owed to my bills! I don't think so.Never bank with them unless you want your money controlled ? and never get help from anyone in customer service. I have literally moved across country to leave a DV situation, and I lost my dog in emergency and came down in hard times so how could you not give me more time to make the money? I am constantly CHARGED $45 principal fee, $45 interest fee $45 late fee and more fees ontop of my payment. This is a scam guys. Never again. I'm making sure everyone knows this place!

They never pick up the phone and when you select call back they have an unreliable 3rd party call you back who isn’t even able to pull up your account information totally ridiculous I will be moving my loan to a more reliable institution don’t waste your time or money here

I love Rogue Credit Union, but after Covid this place has really gone downhill.First, they don’t take phone calls anymore, its all done through a calling service with wait times of AT LEAST 30 minutes, and have been up to an hour for me. While you’re waiting, the phone service will give you the option of pressing “1” to hold your place in line and get a call back. You’ll never get a call back.Second, after Covid, all loan discussions are done through appointments only. When you schedule an appointment, expect to wait at least 4 business days to get in. Even phone call appointments have that wait time. Then, after your initial appointment to get pre-qualified, you will have 2 options to get ANY questions answered. 1) Keep scheduling appointments 2) email your Loan Officer. My loan officer would go days without responding via email. They are just too swamped.My advice? Write down all your questions and ask them during your initial appointment, then schedule appointments in advance, even if you don’t have anything to discuss at the moment. Something will come up and your opportunity will be much sooner than scheduling the appointments as questions come. If anything, you can cancel, and that time will give the loan officer time to go through emails and respond to other requests.Covid cannot tell the difference between a walk-in and a scheduled visit. Go back to offering walk-ins AND appointments. And hire people to answer phones in-house. Even Chase can pick up phones. Do better, Rogue.

Rouge Credit Union has been a great bank for our family but the recent system update has not been user friendly. We went from having a single log in for all our needs, to now needing 3 log ins to take care of our monthly banking. New system update has been far from user friendly or easier for us.

Mobile app doesn't work about 10% of the time. Charges will post late, holds also will occasionally last longer than they should. Years ago this credit union was great, but has sadly gone down hill in recent years. They are no longer focused on the communities they serve but more and more persist just for profit. Customer service can range from good to dismal. I will be taking my business to a more respectable financial institution.

They have gone downhill in the last couple of years. I transferred one loan away from them and the last loan I took elsewhere. I still have one loan with them and have to put up with there incompetent customer service. My online account could not retrieve my information. I called customer service just like it said to do. The lady couldn't do anything about it. She said its managed by a third party and they couldn't help me. So instead of getting in a fight over the phone. I hung up and wrote a review. If this keeps up, I'm going to find a new bank.

Best bank / credit union EVER!!! Only showed ID once because they get to know you and help you in every way they can. I have had many accounts and car loans through them over the years and never have I had a problem that they didn't quickly and politely resolve. Great work Rogue!

I have 2 car loans and a credit card with rogue after my daughter was born i fell on hard times and got really behind on everything. Everyone here are understanding and helpful. I kept in touch with them and let them know what i could do and they kept working with me helping me not lose everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else to bank.
