We used the storage unit for one month. Water leaked into the unit and ruined a mattress and a dresser. I tried calling, left voicemails, and sent emails about the situation. There was no responseto my multiple attempts. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I tried contacting them several times. This situation needs to be taken care of

I don't store anything here but I did call and they're full and I can see why. The lady was super sweet and informative. Didn't act like I was "bothering" her which surprisingly isca normal b reaction anytime you call any business so that was refreshing. . I have a storage unit in town and it's fine but it's not actually my unit. I'm just being allowed to store stuff there and it's a little uncomfortable . Anyway, I'd use them in the future if they have any available units.

We ended find storage elsewhere but I had called a few weeks in advanced and asked to be put on a waitlist (they were full) and true to their word, they called me when a spot became available. Great customer service!!

If I could give this place more stars I would. The property is maintained beautifully and the on site manager Kelly is amazing! They have 24 hour cameras to insure your peace of mind and you won’t regret getting a unit here. Best choice I ever made! Great people here, and so accommodating.

Have been using this place for storage for quite awhile now and they have been doing a fantastic job. Very secure for its location and it has installed cameras for safety. Highly recommend this business.
