“We did a quick move from out of State to Klamath Falls. Altamont mini storage was awesome. They got us a large unit setup which was very clean, no water got in, and absolutely no mice. Last storage place we rented from in Washington years ago, mice got into our stuff. Price is very decent and all the staff was very nice. I highly recommend the Altamont Mini Storage, thank you for being so AWESOME!!!”

“I was very pleased with my experience at Airport RV Storage. I rented a 10 X 17 unit for a year at a reasonable price. The customer service was excellent; people were friendly, respectful, and helpful. Paperwork is simple and clearly defines what you need to know as a renter. I appreciated that it was reviewed with me before I signed. The unit was clean and in good condition and the lock system was first class; simple to use and very secure. Access to the grounds is easy for renters and not so easy for intruders and there are security cameras throughout the property. I appreciated that there was a way to pay my monthly rental fee whether the office was open or not. Overall, I found this company a great place to do business!”
“Steve and his crew did a BEAUTIFUL job of moving my life from Klamath Falls to Arizona! I was so thankful to have a local, trusted business and not an online broker from who-knows-where help with my move!! Steve's estimate was nearly to the penny (unbelievable!) and most importantly not a single item was damaged in the move! “Stored my belongings here for 6 years including a very expensive couch. I just moved my stuff out and everything is in pristine condition. No issues from water, moisture, or pests. I looked at several units in 2020 and I believe this is the best storage unit rental in town. The site is secure and clean, paved and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would absolutely use them again.”

“I'm actually in the process of moving out of my storage unit. I had my storage unit for many many many years now (I think almost 5years or so) . U self storage is a wonderful place I really appreciate how well my stuff stayed safe. They have cameras on site and lock code for the gate. That you get to pick your own code. I will miss the wonderful staff. They are truly awesome. Kim is a very nice person very friendly easy to work with. I want to thank everyone for helping me out with keeping my sentimental items safe and secure. I will definitely come back if I ever need a storage unit again and if you have any available when that time does come. I probably have 3 or 4 loads left to move and I will sweep out the unit when I'm done. Thanks again for everything.”
“I'm very happy for this business ? and I have had my storage unit for going on 6 years now I'm a good customer and pay my rent on time. I like the location of the business and they have amazing security cameras and locked gates to protect all units. The original owners have have been so respectful and considerate with me. The new owners are even more amazing and they are efficient and has put a lot of work in fixing up the hallway and added more cameras and a motion light. They have put up loitering signs for the entrance to the unit hallways. I really love the new online customer service so it's easier to pay online and to get receipts for my records. This place is awesome and I recommend it to those who are looking for a safe, secured, video recording, manager is polite and helpful, the owner's are just amazing.”

The owner Brian helped me get registered an directed me to the large storage unit I had rented. The unit was easily accessible an very clean. I feel my stored possession are safe at Basin Storage. “Very nice and helpful staff. The price is right. The only negative is the interior of the units. They’re kind of old, with old wooden floors. I was told mice get into some of them, and water leaks in some of the units. But I had my things there for about 9 months and found no evidence of mice or water leaks… just a heads up.”
