I tend to go at least once a week. The quality is the best available. The prices are fair, and reasonable, for the quality you receive. I will not buy beef anywhere else.Yes they are huge packages. I prefer cutting my own steaks and roast. The pork is of the highest quality available anywhere. The produce is just a much better value. I do not purchase everything at US Chefs, the things I religiously buy are just a better quality, and value.The employees are always nice, they go the extra mile for the vendors and customers whom shop here.I shop the Medford store. It is the best!

Soooo disappointed! AGAIN! I live on the other part of town. I called them about the product I needed. They said they had. I came just for that. They DO NOT HAVE IT! They were too lazy to look! It has happened to me several times! I AM SO DONE with them!
