They made our 9 year old car look like new, by going above and beyond the repair part , by polishing it and cleaning the inside , that had been infested with dog hair.
The ladies Ericka and Wendy were very niice and and everyone there was very knowledgeable and professional!!
We can only reccomend them.

Very poor communication. I live out of town and they have continued to lie about information on vehicle along with adding damages that were not related to accident. Will not be returning for service.

These guys (and gal) were amazing to do business with from day one. Having to navigate car accident claims/repairs is stressful enough for someone, the Smith Brothers team made this process go SO smooth and my car looks great! I would recommend to anyone!!

You know how some businesses won't bother with small tasks.....you need something simple but they don't have the time for you? Well, such is not the case with Smith Brothers. I have a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis with only 150,000 miles in excellent condition. I've had it for 21 years now, and I strive to not only maintain it, but to make improvements, such as new padding in the driver's seat (long drives were making my butt sore!) among other improvements. One item starting to get on my nerves was the headlights. You know how the plastic covers deteriorate and after re-polishing over the years, they pretty much were turning yellow? Well, they got so dim I could hardly see at night. I'm gettin' old and should not be driving at night anyway, so I just gave up after trying to find a shop that could replace the covers with used or remanufactured ones.They made the front end look terrible and as old as me. I tried one body shop, pulled up out front and phoned them, asking if someone could step out and look at the headlights, talk about improvements, etc. They said no, but I could make an appointment and return at a later date. I got my dog in the car, and I'm plugged into oxygen, so getting out of the car was difficult. But they just could not be bothered, I was not a potential cash cow with thousands of dollars worth of work needed.So I then tried Smith Brothers. Called them from the curb, and they said "Sure, will be right out". Not 30 seconds later "Junior" approaches and asked "What can we do for you?" I told them I wanted to replace the headlights but was having trouble finding someone that wanted to take care of me. Another shop said they could not even find used ones through parts distributors, etc.Junior took a photo of my I.D. plate on the door jam and said "Let me look into it and I'll call you". Two days later he calls and informs me that he found them, brand new, and and could install them in a week for $300, parts and labor. I was so happy I almost cried! YAHOO! After further discussions he recommended replacing the side turn signal lamp housings because the contrast would be noticeable if I didn't. I said yes, let's go for it. He also installed new high-intensity LED bulbs and finished up the job with an accurate adjustment for proper alignment. Yes, it costs a few more dollars but I could not believe the results. I brought the shop a dozen donuts when I picked up my car, and should have done more. They demonstrated a willingness to take care of an 'ol fart looking for a little improvement without a lot of money and they insured my happiness. What a marked difference!So, when I decide on a new paint job, where do you think I will go? When my wife's car needs work, where do you think I will go? If I get in an accident, where will I go? I wish more businesses would have the same SERVICE mentality. Even if it is not a high dollar customer, the residuals can pay dividents for them down the road. I'll be getting comments from family and friends, and they will hear about Smith Brothers for sure!
