My husband had a 11:20a appointment. He was told to come back to switch out the old equipment for the new. We have now been waiting since 3:45 p and it is now 5:21p and he is just now being served. There are only 2 people when there should be more to serve Friday Customers. I am not a happy camper with spectrum today. When we came back, there were at least 20 people waiting

Rude people! 3 people working only 1 person helping customers. Skipped over me after she addressed me coming in the door then skipped over me without an acknowledgement!! I left… the other man and woman did nothing!!

I'm paying for Spectrum's 300 mbps home internet, yet my connection (with Spectrum's equipment) is frequently too slow to stream HD movies. Had to pay Spectrum's technician to come out. He bypassed my internet port and highjacked my antenna wiring to resolve the issue with my internet speed. That didn't work, so now I've lost the use of my antenna and still have issues with slow internet.
In this Klamath Falls store you get frustratingly slow customer service from condescending and inept clerks who are willing to lie through their teeth to hook you into paying for something you don't need, want, or is even practical for your situation. They actually tried to convince me that I need a landline in my RV, that I need cable TV in case I have company over, and that my husband and I need two cell phones each so we always have a backup. If I had any other option for home internet in my rural area I would drop Spectrum in a heartbeat.

They took my grandmothers phone and gave her a phone she didn't ask for when she told the person that it wasn't the phone she wanted the rude as all hell representative said well it's to late literally told my grandmother that she now owned her phone that she wasn't getting it back and even if she did not take the phone that she was going to be forced to buy it anyways they refused to reverse what had happened until she threatened to literally call the police how dare you do this if it's not the phone someone asks for you WILL NOT steal their phone and make them pay for a phone they did not want regardless how dare you

Customer service is a hit or miss . Almost all of them are nice except for Jeff, he has a chip on his shoulder. If you get him wait for another one to become available. Store is clean. Seating is only a couple of tall tables with tall chairs so not persons with disabilities friendly. Cell phone accessories were very few for the phones they sell.

Came to the store at 6pm and it was closed. Hours on the door and online state open until 8pm.The reason I was stopping in was that our phone bill randomly increases in price. Ridiculous company and store to do business with.

Have had spectrum Internet for 2 years. Price was randomly increased several times but that's not the biggest issue even. I was paying $30, then $55, then $70, this month I was charged $100. I called to talk about this (after searching for 10 minutes for a customer service number). I talked to EIGHT (8) people in total, FOUR (4) of the calls got dropped (from a literal phone company, literally half of the calls to them got dropped), every single person tried to pitch me multiple times to upgrade my account to get the $70 price which I HAD BEEN PAYING FOR MONTHS!! They kept trying to claim it was the ACP discount, I had received that previously but I am aware that it lapsed and my price still continued to increase despite not making any changes to my account. Spent a full two hours on the phone and complained to two supervisors (first supervisor's call dropped, of course) and only then was I allowed to give them "only" $70. Clearly their strategy is to frustrate their customers so much until they give up on trying to fight back against their business practices. If there was a decent alternative ISP in this town I would give them my business over terrible spectrum.

Mary was more than helpful and patient while we migrated our phones from AT&T and T-Mobile. She even offered to come in on her day off to assist us with the transfer. I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. GREAT job Mary!!!!!

The only thing slower than their internet is the rate at which I slowly time traveled back into the past only to get home with my new "faster" router that I had to exchange in the store where I stood for close to a half an hour while the courteous employees patiently explained the many complexities that phone chargers are equipped with and how they could not provide one for this older man who grew more frustrated by the minute while I slowly began to grow mold. I finally made my decent back home where I now experience frequent internet outages.
