Came to the store at 6pm and it was closed. Hours on the door and online state open until 8pm.The reason I was stopping in was that our phone bill randomly increases in price. Ridiculous company and store to do business with.

Have had spectrum Internet for 2 years. Price was randomly increased several times but that's not the biggest issue even. I was paying $30, then $55, then $70, this month I was charged $100. I called to talk about this (after searching for 10 minutes for a customer service number). I talked to EIGHT (8) people in total, FOUR (4) of the calls got dropped (from a literal phone company, literally half of the calls to them got dropped), every single person tried to pitch me multiple times to upgrade my account to get the $70 price which I HAD BEEN PAYING FOR MONTHS!! They kept trying to claim it was the ACP discount, I had received that previously but I am aware that it lapsed and my price still continued to increase despite not making any changes to my account. Spent a full two hours on the phone and complained to two supervisors (first supervisor's call dropped, of course) and only then was I allowed to give them "only" $70. Clearly their strategy is to frustrate their customers so much until they give up on trying to fight back against their business practices. If there was a decent alternative ISP in this town I would give them my business over terrible spectrum.

Mary was more than helpful and patient while we migrated our phones from AT&T and T-Mobile. She even offered to come in on her day off to assist us with the transfer. I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. GREAT job Mary!!!!!

The only thing slower than their internet is the rate at which I slowly time traveled back into the past only to get home with my new "faster" router that I had to exchange in the store where I stood for close to a half an hour while the courteous employees patiently explained the many complexities that phone chargers are equipped with and how they could not provide one for this older man who grew more frustrated by the minute while I slowly began to grow mold. I finally made my decent back home where I now experience frequent internet outages.

Understaffed wait times up to 3 hrs to pay a bill or return equipment. If someone makes a reservation they will be put in line infront of you so after you've waited to be served for 2.5 hrs and you're finally next in line to be served,you get bumped back.And if that person is switching phone carriers and wanting to keep their old number, that will take up to 2 hrs as they stall and try to sell you up grades. These people are inept and rude.

I have had no problems with customer service or any of their services. That was a year ago,Today I was at the spectrum store and was extremely impressed with Cam Johnson’s multi tasking ability he was working on three peoples stuff all at once several times and my new phone. This young man is quite impressive. Overall great service here.

I have a like/hate feeling about this place. I first came in and waited for 1 and a half hours (embarrassed to admit). They had only 2 people serving customers and 8 people in the lobby. Whole I was there they only finished helping one person - so I left.Now the like part. I left and set up an appointment. I came back 5 minutes before the appointment and now there are 12 people on the list (there is a display) but my name is at the top of the list. I am out of there in 10 minutes (luckily they finished someone quickly or I might have been there another hour like before)Spectrum is the only one around here. So everyone is stuck with sucky service. They need more customer service people for a start.Then they need to triage the customers because some of them were just returning equipment and others were getting the works; new phone, TV and Internet.

I was there today returning some equipment. Patrick Sweeney was working by himself and doing a great job. There was some difficult customers but he was friendly and nice to them. Patrick has great customer service even when the store was packed and he was on his own.

Waiting in line for 1 hour and 38 minutes only to be refused for having cash because my new debit card hadn't arrived yet! Worst customer service experience in my entire life! Even the DMV is faster and more courteous! No signs to inform you that cash isn't acceptable!
