The Lady that helped me walked me thru everything. Even took my phone and showed me how to pay my bill, change due- date. She didn't have too, but she did.

Hugo got my phone up and working after it just stopped working dead for no reason it wouldn't even charge no lights nothing it was completely dead. Hugo was so knowledgeable and very nice to talk with a great guy he got it back to full working condition in less than a minute he really knows his stuff and he's very polite ,a real person ! I can't you tell enough Hugo I really appreciate your help they need to give you a raise ! ! Having people like you on the job is very important to a business like T-Mobile. Once again Thank you very much Hugo you're the man !

The representatives were unfamiliar with the processing procedures, and the woman on the customer service line was not qualified for a customer service role. They mishandled my account, and instead of providing a new promotion, they increased my plan cost. I've been struggling to resolve the issue with T-Mobile, and the store has not been helpful. Despite returning the unopened equipment to the store within 24 hours, they continue to refuse a refund.

Fantastic customer service! We first dealt with Aaron who was both professional and personable. We had just arrived in town, had a brand new house and needed internet. We were wired, but had had a very unpleasant experience with Spectrum so were open to what T-Mobile had to offer. We were very pleasantly surprised to find out that all we had to do was sign on in our home after a quick set-up at the store and we had working internet! Awesome!! I also upgraded to a new iPhone 15 and we set off for home. One glitch. I ended up with a new phone number much to my dismay and only found out when my daughter told me after a text to her.At the store, Hugo figured out that inadvertently my phone number had been assigned to the internet and I got the number for it. He very expertly handled getting that rectified and I had my old number back right away! Absolutely excellent service by both guys!, This place rocks!!

I was impressed with Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and That was helpful. He didn't just explain things, he connected my service and I ended up buying a sound system that hooked up to the blue tooth. I didn't even understand it, he showed me how easy it really was.

Horrible service from a horrible provider. Bait and switch tactics. In the end paying 200 a month for 2 lines, no service anywhere and dropped calls galore. By tmobes. Running ti mint mobile, even a cut rate phone company provides better coverage!

My wife needed a new cord for her phone so we stopped in the store and she went in. After 15 minutes she came back and we went home. We live 30 miles away so when we got home we tried the phone cord and found out the cord was wrong. What a life.

Forced me to add insurance on a phone said it was required. Called customer service and they told me that was not true. The store is trying to scam people to meet their insurance sales quotas

I had to replace my phone unexpectedly. Got there and was helped by Hugo. I can be a bit much and I don't do change well. Hugo was the best when dealing with me and all my issues almost 2½ hours. Got a phone and a lot of extra instructions and conversation. Thank you Hugo very much. Towards the end Kenny came and helped as well. The best T-mobile store for sure. Great customer service ever.

Do not go to this store. They will lie to you just to get you to sign up and sell you their devices. Once you sign up they tell you to call 611 to address your problems. They are of no help locally. I got stuck paying for phones I can't use because of lousy coverage. Cricket has a better coverage and cost way less. They don't even have a manager on duty most of the time. They will also hang up on you when you call with problems.

T-mobile lost a customer thats been with them for 18+ years because of their terrible customer service, Esther was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL she was on her phone the whole time or playing with her nails and eavesdropping a lot on our conversation and laughing at us saying "we should of learned our lesson with their online customer service" they did NOTHING to help us get his phone activated, the other guy Kenny (I'm guessing key holder or manager) was also 0 help and let his coworkers act unprofessional. We ended up canceling my Fiances plan with them and getting AT&T. The people at T-mobel are rude and very unpleasant/unprofessional. Hugo had an attitude with us when he didn't have answers or when I mentioned the stuff he was trying to sell us was unnecessary. Like I said we canceled my Fiances plan with T-Mobile and switched over to AT&T they had better customer service, better prices, and better phone coverage.

Worst customer service ever. They make mistakes and never corrects them. We were stuck with a $200 bill for service that we didn’t ask. The whole team sucks, this store is just a hangout for them. Don’t waist your time definitely not recommend it..
