Ashley is also amazing, but I left her review elsewhere. Yikes staples please contact yelp because there's a problem with your yelp entry. Seems two are here. Here is my former review that disappeared but now it's back: I was in today, and Daniel in the back was so patient and kind in getting my Amazon returns taken care of. I for one am thrilled of now having this option, but it's also great dealing with such competent and friendly staff."

Cranky employees in the printing department. Wandered through the store. Found a few things. The checker at the exit checkstand was kinda pleasant. Something has changed in the last few months. They use to go above and beyond. Last 2 times they didn't ask for my phone # and were rude. Don't they do rewards anymore?

I have been going to Staples since I started my business. I mainly use the print and marketing department. They always take care of me, the supervisor Ashley is the best!!!

This store always goes above and beyond for me (and as I have witnessed, other customers) and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years! If you haven't tried out the print department with ANY project, you should. I use them very frequently in my job (Marketing) and they are always quick to respond, quick to complete the order and offer assistance whenever needed. 5 stars for the Klamath Falls, Oregon Staples Staff and Especially the Print and Marketing peeps!

It was 7:33pm when I arrived at the store and I was asked to leave without being helped with what I needed. The store says online it closes at 8, so I’m a bit confused as to why I got turned away when all I wanted help with would have taken less than 5 minutes. I haven’t heard of a store that closes a half an hour early with no explanations.

$10 for one 11" x 17" color poster at print center... really? When i asked staff if I heard her right she said yes $10 for one poster...I don't think so I'll go to a local shop like I should have to begin with.

Everyone I've dealt with from shipping & copy ctr to retail & technicians have all been pleasant, helpful and go to watever length to resolve your issues. Great customer service.
