TJ Maxx is a wonderful place to shop at here in Klamath Falls. It’s always so neat and clean. Everybody is so friendly and nice. They always ask me if I need help or if I found everything all right or offer me a shopping cart.

I love this! T.j Maxx! The employees are so helpful and friendly! My daughter and I shop there for our essential beauty supplies, household and kitchen items, and whenever we need an addition to our wardrobe!

Went there today around noon and we were followed by 3 different employees all around the store, I understand it’s their job to let customers know their presence only if they think someone is about to shoplift. Stereotyping and judging others can make customers feel harassed. I’m sure it was the manager on duty that was one of the employee that was following us around, And this is not the first time this has happened to us while shopping at TJ Maxx!!

Went into tj looking for a nice shirt for a wedding all they had were crop tops. it's the middle of fall where there's cold weather and rain and soon to be snow. I felt overwhelmed to because of how everything was set up to it's was crowded and messy.
