Absolute nightmare to work with... still waiting to get my freight from them 4 days after their botched delivery. Expect zero customer service, no posted times to collect freight from their docks, as well as incredibly poor communication skills. Best advice argue with where your order to only use UPS or Fedex. It might cost more but at least you'll get the items you spent your money on instead of having to fight with the company to still have zero results.
