“I am absolutely thrilled with a YN smoke shop not only is Customer Service always been kind helpful and a pleasant environment to be in today. I was briefly sidetracked by some wonderful local handcrafted knives these knives are something that we carry every day or could use every day made out of something extraordinary railroad spikes and when I asked the gentleman who also was one of the creators of the process in which these were made very well explained and simplified in which put me in a complete happy and pure change of attitude before I walked in the door
This is why I like Klamath Falls and I appreciate the Ppl of Klamath Falls that are not conform to a box but are constantly looking and thinking outside the box prime example here at a YN smoke shop thank you guys. I really appreciate it.

“Nice shop but it's a shame that cartons of cigarettes cost more than double the price as they did in Idaho!The guy on the phone was either really high or kind of rude and when I met him in the store I still couldn't figure out which one it was but I bought what I needed and it was a nice shop it smelled good and was clean. If you need it they got it but the prices are high for tobacco and on the low end for Vapors”

“They had exactly what I needed the cigarettes are expensive I do American Spirit in their 10:15 at other stores and Rex is charging $11.25 or 11:50 so but they are very professional. I wish they cigarette prices would be lower per pack to match the other stores.”
