He was on his way back from another tow and gave us clear communications, estimated arrival time. Nate is a smart, talented, friendly, competent Man who made a big difference in our bad day. He helped us find the best tire shop to replace our blown tire and a car rental company since we had to wait 3 days for a tire to come from Seattle.

“My boyfriend and I live in a bus full time. While visiting Crater Lake National Park on Saturday night, our bus broke down. Thankfully we had just enough service to make a phone call to Hughes, whose number was provided by a park ranger. Since it was late on a Saturday and the park ranger already ok’d us to camp overnight where we had broken down, Hughes said he would be there first thing in the morning to come get us and tow us to a recommended mechanic in Klamath Falls. Sure enough he was there bright and early! On the way out of the park, the dense fog/haze made it near impossible to see 20 feet in front of you. We felt more than comfortable/reassured when he wasn’t bothered by this at all! He got us to town safely and promptly all for a very reasonable price! And the mechanic he recommended, we would now recommend too. Incredible experience and conversation with Hughes Towing!!”

The tow truck driver (David) was amazing! He had to go through a lot of effort to get my car on their truck from the location parked. He was patient and professional. My driveway he had to drop the car (3 hours away) is VERY challenging and he did it with ease. Very polite and good at his job. Works for a local KFalls tow company named M & C Towing. They should be happy to have him on their team.”
