Check your insurance provider prior to becoming a new patient! I was advised they took our insurance But after expensive services of cleanings and X-rays I found out we didn’t have the correct ppo! The front staff should advise new patients to double check on there own that they will be covered! The dentist. Hygienist were both excellent and friendly just the front office/ billing needs to be better managed in dealing with new patients and provided accurate insurance information!

Dr Gailis is the most gentle, compassionate and caring dentist I have ever been a patient of. He and his team take the time to understand and appreciate their patients and makes even the most nervous (me!) feel calm.

*in reply to their reply: like i said, i have been a decade long patient. meaning i was underage throughout a lot of my time with this practice. i shouldn't be held accountable for missed appointments when i was underage? how is that my fault?regardless, the appointment that was apparently the "final straw" was NOT EVEN MY APPOINTMENT. i am always attentive to being courteous and respectful of other's time, and, unless it is an emergency, reschedule or cancel in a timely manner. i'm confused as to why no one is acknowledging this mistake?not to mention, i was never informed of my dismissal until i attempted to schedule an appointment. now my care has to be prolonged further while i attempt to find a new dentist? amazingly disappointed.*original review: dismissed me as a decade long patient because they mixed me up with another patient with the same last name. that patient missed an appointment and they put it on my chart. sounds sketchy to me. crazy how much money i gave this business just to be thrown out over an issue they won't even put any effort into looking into.not to mention, they pulled one of my teeth and broke another in the process. when calling to schedule getting the broken one fixed is when they conveniently told me they dismissed me.

Tucker & Gailis Dental is by far the best I have ever experienced in terms of dental care and customer service. All the staff are always professional and friendly, and they do the job RIGHT the first time. Go figure!!

The staff is wonderful! They are great with both of my kids. They take the time to explain exactly what they will be doing, make sure any and all questions are answered, and the patient is as at ease as possible. I would not take my family anywhere else. A great group of people.

Went in for my first visit and I was pleasingly surprised by the quality of care and the friendliness of the entire staff! Just found my new dental care providers!
