After a great experience getting my tire/wheel package ordered from TR I was bit cautious to find a local Installer to handle the final details. I came across Turn Thom but was a little worried to use them based on 'old' reviews about inaccurate pricing and customer service issues. Regardless, I gave them a call and spoke to Jake and he was helpful getting me set up. On the day of the install the first bad weather of season had just started. The roads were a mess. Jake and his team had me out the door in less than an hour. The Tire Rack package looks amazing. The install is spot on. Turn Thom is under new management and it shows. The Installer was thoughtful enough to also bag each of my wet/snow/muddy old tire/wheels into bags so I didnt have to deal with a mess in the car. Little things like that matters. Will definitely use the Tire Rack and Turn Thom combo again - experts from the beginning to end.
