I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to Blanca and Marci! They were incredibly welcoming and helpful—not just to me, but to my mom as well. They took their time with us, answered our questions, and made sure we walked out with exactly what we needed. Their kindness and patience really stood out. Ulta is lucky to have them!

Amazing place to buy all your cosmetic beauty needs and yeah it's a little spendy but it lasts for a long time so it worth it.

The staff was friendly but they don't know anything about the product they sell. I wouldn't recommend buying their hair dye. It's expensive and it doesn't work. Especially the igk. I spent way too much on a product suggested to me for my hair to be it's natural color. I've also found out recently others have had this problem with their lines of hair products

This is a PSA:DO NOT get your eyebrows done here. They are not properly trained or use bad products. I was out of work, ended up needing multiple hospital visits, and lost most of my eyebrows which haven't grown back 5 months later. Hopefully this post saves someone else.It's not a one time issue either. My esthetician in town has another client that was recently injured badly at this Ulta as well.

This place employs some of the rudest people without any customer service skills. I’ve visited the store a few times and their managers act as if they are above their pay rate; so condescending and rude. For KF to have such limited shops , they should be thankful people shop here. Most of the time employees are just standing around gossiping while the store is trashed and unkept. If you ask for assistance they act as if you’re interrupting. I wish they had secret shoppers that came and see this place.
