I've seen some of the negative reviews on here about poor customer service at this bank and my advice is take to social media and call this bank out and get people in this town to boycott this bank and maybe then they will work on implementing good customer service training like we as customers deserve in this town. Everywhere I go in this town to shop and do business I have to always encounter poor and rude customer service from these businesses and it is unacceptable. It is time that this stops! We as customers deserve much better than that period! It's our hard earned money we give to these businesses so I encourage everyone to stand up and demand better from these businesses!

Was happy until they froze my account with out notice. Then informed me I had to go in and clear some things up but have to wear a mask. I don’t like being forced to jump through the fire in order to get what’s already mine. Pick anywhere else to bank!

Gets pretty bad when you can't get quarters for your business vfw has 2different accounts and when can't get quarters for both accounts it's pretty bad business

Absolute mockery of a bank! Its like banking in the 1960's The customer service is s**** they arent sure of what they are doing and according my other bank USAA( which is great by the way. link below) they have no idea about banking rules and regulations. This bank erroneously debited my savings account and balked when i called them on it. Had to have the organization that made the original charge email them and tell them they are wrong. once that was done they called the police when i went to collect my money. Absolute trash bank. Worst customer experience ever. My CD was mature but due to covid it slipped my mind. On day 11 out of the 10 days they give you they took 200$ out of my CD for "holding onto my money " instead of doing the right thing when everyone is out of work and no income coming in they should have waved the fee. But no one cared so here I am leaving you a bad review. You could have rolled it into my checking account or my savings. Instead I closed all my accounts and still no one from corporate has gotten back to me.

If you need a bank that has experience, if you need a bank that keeps up with technology and if you need a bank that will allow you to sleep at night while they handle your money go somewhere else. Doesn't matter , anywhere else. There customer service skills are unmatched but their banking acumen leaves much to be desired. Trust me, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
