Staff are always helpful, friendly and quick, but the last two times we have been in since mid November they have been unable to print a receipt for our ups dropoffs and not able to send it via email, so that is a bit of a bother if you need proof of your return.

This is a great place to drop stuff off for a UPS drop off. They get you in & out and that is their goal. They have no chit chat, which works for me just because it cuts down on the line when you are in a hurry. You can go there and not worry about having to wait while the person in front of you is talking to the lady behind the counter about what they are fixing for dinner that night while you are on a time limit.

If I could go lower I would. This was the second time they refused to send something back for me, even though it is posted that they are the site to do it from. Will never go back!!! And advise others to go elsewhere.
