Issac was very helpful, he had talked to my girlfriend and I about a few different plans, and what they would look like. Despite us being there for a couple of hours he was still very patient with us and the customer service he had to call for help setting up my phone.

Went in today to pick up my Apple Watch Ultra 2 , what was supposed to be a go in pay $10 and get my watch I’ve been waiting since Saturday. So we go in and the person that helped us was the most rudest and unprofessional person I’ve ever interacted with , so first the lady that signed us up for service quoted us the wrong price then we come back today and the price is all messed up and it’s their messed up, but we have to pay for that so this gentleman that helped us today decides to do a return on the watch and tells us that way it all clear up and we’ll be walking out with the watch today so right now I am sitting without a watch because they screwed up the account and now we gotta wait till Friday or something like that I I don’t recommend this place to anybody. Find yourself a real Verizon store this place well, I can’t say this place but this person doesn’t not have no idea what he’s doing.

Way, way, WAY above and beyond!!! Outstanding service start to finish! Patrick is the most professional, hospitable, happy and upbeat salesman I have ever dealt with for cellular sales before. He was straight to the point, honest, very understanding and accommodating. He was super helpful about exploring every possible combination and package available and all options we had. He worked damn hard to make sure we were happy and 100% satisfied by the time we were finished! Patrick knows what true customer service and satisfaction means!!!

these people are the most useless people i have ever dealt with i switched phone company's because these guys got the best service signal but i went to the store to pick up and hoping to do my trade in easy but they told me they cant take my old phone at the store i have to send it thru UPS mind you i set it up to drop off at the store with someone online but because its extra steps for them the job was to complicated for them later down the road... basically you deal with it im to incompetent to do my job so had to drive 2 hours there and set my phone half way up not able to receive calls and text sends me on my way to finish his jobs at my house nd forgets to put my transfer pin in my package now dealing with t mobile trying to get access with a phone that doesn't receive text or calls way to go customer service verizon.....!!!!

Ryan was awesome. Very professional and customer minded. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of and got us the best deals possible with our iPhones. Ryan took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions with efficiency. Anytime I need something or have questions I will go to Ryan from here on out. Again, great guy, great customer service and he is someone who truly cares about you once you sit at his desk. If you’re looking to switch, go with Ryan.

Very thorough with helping to meet our wireless needs. Helped to ensure that we saved money on our plan. Always ensures the customer is comfortable while waiting (offers a beverage) it is always clean in there. Customer service is superb.
