these people are the most useless people i have ever dealt with i switched phone company's because these guys got the best service signal but i went to the store to pick up and hoping to do my trade in easy but they told me they cant take my old phone at the store i have to send it thru UPS mind you i set it up to drop off at the store with someone online but because its extra steps for them the job was to complicated for them later down the road... basically you deal with it im to incompetent to do my job so had to drive 2 hours there and set my phone half way up not able to receive calls and text sends me on my way to finish his jobs at my house nd forgets to put my transfer pin in my package now dealing with t mobile trying to get access with a phone that doesn't receive text or calls way to go customer service verizon.....!!!!

Ryan was awesome. Very professional and customer minded. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of and got us the best deals possible with our iPhones. Ryan took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions with efficiency. Anytime I need something or have questions I will go to Ryan from here on out. Again, great guy, great customer service and he is someone who truly cares about you once you sit at his desk. If you’re looking to switch, go with Ryan.

Very thorough with helping to meet our wireless needs. Helped to ensure that we saved money on our plan. Always ensures the customer is comfortable while waiting (offers a beverage) it is always clean in there. Customer service is superb.

Not only was I upgraded to a new, early-release phone without a big change in my bill, they also found a way to cut my bill in half when I switched. It was a lengthy process to get me what I needed, but the representative helping me, Josiah, stayed LITERALLY 3 hours late to finish this transition (a mistake had been made on our account by a former employee and he worked to fix that first) AND returned in the morning to finish everything up. Above and beyond! He was so kind and didn’t make us feel rushed at all, made sure we had everything we needed. Put all my phone’s gear on for me and checked everything thoroughly before sending me on my way! So happy!

I had gotten a screen protector for my phone from here about a month ago and the first person that put it on did a horrible job there were air bubbles and it was cracked within the first day and I never even dropped it. I came back in to have it fixed or to buy a new one and the salesperson Nick there was very kind and thorough. He replaced it for free and took the time to put it on correctly. Thanks Nick you rock

Do not go to this store! We purchased 2 watches and a phone. The agent said he would waive on activation fee so we paid $112 for one activation fee and 2 one time Verizon fees. I got my bill today and not only did they not waive the activation fee I got billed for what we paid in the store. The Verizon agent called and he was told the fees we paid were store level set up fees. An absolute lie!!Don't trust these people they will lie and hope you don't question your Verizon bill. They will steal from from you!!!

Terrible customer service. Walked in and waited for 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me. There were a few people available and still avoided me. Then one of the guys named Justyn spoke with me for a few minutes and rushed me out. Zero help. Worst experience ever.

Go to Washburn location. They are amazing there. South sixth is the worst customer service and only push Motorola phones. Do not go to Alec! Worst customer service!

I had some unfortunate timing with my family switching carriers and ended up coming in for assistance shortly before closing time. Vicky greeted me enthusiastically as soon as I came in. I offered to come back the next day, but she and Tracey kindly stayed late and helped me get everything figured out. They were so kind and genuine, and just seemed really happy to help me out. It definitely made my night :)

I’ve always have rough experiences with phone companies. But at this store, the manager Daren Shaw and Jose Lopez have continued to be absolute 10s. These guys have made it easy to get problems worked out and I trust Verizon because I have these guys at my local store. Can’t thank these guys enough for going above and beyond to make sure I’m treated fairly by Verizon. These guys don’t just sell you a plan and a phone, they continue to help you and they care about making sure everything is done correctly. They have professional and grade A employees at this store. Verizon HQ is a mess, and they would get one or two stars from me, but these two guys deserve a 5 star review.
