Hello this is a review on Jennifer Hudson personal banker she is a lady who had first contact with when I wanted to set up a banking account she was very polite respectful professional courteous and very timely in getting me my account set up and providing with all necessary information as contacted me today to make sure that I'm doing good and that all my needs are met and then I don't need anything else for my account and she is offered her continue assistance in this matter to me for this I'm very grateful and appreciative thank you so much this lady is out of sight and rocks thanks for having people like this to help people like us

Brianna Drake at the 6th Street WaFd branch in Klamath Falls helped me setup a checking account and apply for a WaFd Visa card. Her customer service was excellent! Very personable and helpful. Thank you!!

I am new to town and need a new bank. We'll after 2 weeks of being a WAFD customer i STILL need a new bank! I have had this account for 2 weeks, I've been in office twice, called 3 times, pending a returned call today and still after 2 weeks unable to use the bank account!!!!!!!
You can tell that nobody cares as it's taken so long. Every employee i talk to is NOT FRIENDLY and does not take customer service as Priority. I am closing this account i cannot use and taking my business elsewhere! Highly disappointed customer!
After making this review only THEN was my issue addressed timely! Terrible way to start a business relationship!

Jennifer H. was super helpful and supportive opening a new checking account. She told me about different account options, but wasn't pushy which is always so appreciated as a customer! I felt well supported and informed about the whole process, including her quick follow up check in to make sure everything was going well with the new account a couple weeks later.
Also wait time to have someone help me when I walked in was minimal.
