There is a homeless man living in the after hours ATM lobby. You need a WF bank card to get into the locked lobby after the bank closes, one way or another people are gaining access and staying in there all night. Who wants to use their ATM when there is a hooded man in black crouched down glaring at people when they approach the door to use the ATM. Ridiculous.

They misplaced 5000 dollars in a simple in bank transfer. The teller was being helped by a manager. I have been with WF for 50 years, or I would change banks.

Visiting from out of town and need to wash clothes. Come and pay 3$ to get cash from the ATM to get quarters and "oh I'm sorry we can't give you quarters unless you have an account here". So if you can't go to a bank to get a roll of quarters..

4 scheduled appointments and still no business account opened. This time it's because I have to show I married my ex-husband, then divorced him have to show that, and prove the new marriage. I understand the new marriage but every time I make a appointment they change what paper work I need.Done not going thru them.And just recieved my appointment has been canceled.

I nearly lost a house at closing today due to a wire transfer that mysteriously went missing for 5 hours. All the transfer information was verified and correct. I also received several promises from the banker of a very quick wire given the sending and receiving accounts were both with Wells Fargo. So please explain how a wire initiated 25 minutes after the branch opens hasn’t shown up 5 hours later. There’s literally nobody else to blame when it’s between WF accounts!They kept insisting I should just complete the wire using their online banking services. I think it’s so they can blame problems like this on the customer instead of accepting responsibility. I’ll be closing my accounts with Wells Fargo now.

Went in to get change for some cash so I could do some laundry and was given a nasty look by the teller and was told that I could only do $ 20 and that it was a corporate decision. I verify this to be a lie

If you ever think you might need somebody to make a deposit in your bank account don’t go to Wells Fargo only someone on your account can make a deposit This is 2021 not 1980 . I would not even of gave it one star but they don’t let you leave a review not less you do very disappointing in Wells Fargo will take my business somewhere else.
