“Great apartment location, literally in the center of ecery businesses here in La grande. Low cost rental and well maintained units. Modern interior and very convinient. The only downside we noticed is it can get noisy when your upper neighbor have kids stumpping their feets around lol also parking can be pain at times!”
“It's nice that we have affordable housing, a laundry room, play ground, the one downer is that residents with big dogs, don't clean up after them. The rec room/ video room has been removed (possibly due to Covid), it does have on site pop machines, but not sure that residents remember that we have them there's 2 but only one works. The staff are great, I would have given a 5, because my only complaint is that it's takes a really long time to have things fixed.”
