I have been waiting since January 2024 for a resolution for my dishwasher. Fridgedare has already told our local La Grande, OR store to replace the machine that Arrow sold me since they do not have a local repairman and I've called, emailed and gone in to the store to get this done but absolutely nothing happens. I do not understand why this has not been done.

I love this place. Great prices with super helpful staff. I called them when I was getting a new stove. They were able to answer every question I asked on the phone.Living in a small town gives you limited options. Even with ordering everything online I can't get anyplace to delivery for a stove. Arrow appliances in La Grande does deliver. The total price, with local delivery and installation was less expensive than anything else I found online or in person. Even big places, like home Depot or Lowe's, cost more. And again, they won't deliver here

Excellent service, very good selection. Not everything is on display due to floor space limitations. If you don't see what you want, they'll take you to the back or order it.

Very disappointed with the service at Arrow. I took my lawn mower in for repair and Arrow kept it for almost a full year. I called at least twice to check on it and was always told they are still working on it. I went in to pick it up and it does not run! I do not recommend Arrow.

Would not recommend this store. I went in to buy appliances after moving here. The owner was rude and not at all helpful. Would not give him my business after my unpleasant encounter with him.

Great people to work with! If they don't have what you need, they'll get it in, in a timely manner. Their prices are comparable to other stores and yet they're local. I called around trying to get an appliance I needed in only a few days and they were very accommodating.Other stores in La Grande wanted me to drive in to the store just to place an order, or couldn't get stock for up to weeks. I'd highly recommend you call or stop by Arrow before going to Wal-Mart or other stores! I know I'll be returning in the future for any of my appliance business needs.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I went in an hour before closing, needing a new refrigerator (mine quit working that day). They were able to find one in their warehouse and bring it to the store before closing and this is not a common size fridge. Every employee I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Price of fridge was competitive with any bigger store in a bigger city. 100% will be back for future appliances needed. A++ ???

We had a need for an appliance repair store over the weekend, my daughter is there for college and their dryer was squeaking really bad, and probably needed a few parts and who know what else. After tearing it apart and finding out what we might need, we went searching for parts. But no one was open that could help us. So, I get on the phone with Doug at Arrow associated stores, he seemed knowledgeable about what we needed and even said he would give us a discount on the parts to help on the cost. he made it seem like he could get everything we needed and gave us a round about price. so based on the estimate we agreed to have a tech come out and fix the dryer. The tech came out and fixed everything, and then when it came to the bill he took a long time to calculate everything and when he finally presented the bill to my daughter it was $94 over the original estimate, $94? he really couldn't account for the extra cost, and I'm not happy that he charged that much extra, it seemed like he took advantage of a college student and decided to do a little gauging. Needless to say, I gave Doug a call and he pretty much said that that's the way it goes, he has no control over the tech, i don't know about you, but that's pretty crappy. Do business at your own risk with them, doubtful they will ever get my business again.

I LOVE this store! It's my first go-to pace and if they don't have the item in stock, they'll go out of their way to get it. Great customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice and friendly folk. ❤

So disappointed! They were supposed to come service our refrigerator several weeks in a row and never showed up or called. When we called them they were very unhelpful and unconcerned. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend them.
