“Wow, what a wonderful experience!! While vacationing in Enterprise, the 12V battery for my Kia Niro EV decided to die! I went to Les Schwab and while they could get the battery, it wouldn't be available until after we returned to Portland. So we called O'Reilly and Cody worked hard to find us a new 12V battery IN LA GRANDE! Working with the local Ford dealership, he found a battery that would fit in the tight space Kia provided. While we drove to la Grande, he picked up the battery from Ford! Not only that, he installed the battery for us while we waited. This is A++ service.
