“I appreciate how clean the store is and how polite all of the men are that work there. The only complaint I have is that there is one employee, Lee, who has very bad body odor. He's nice enough but I almost left and came back when someone else could help me simply because I didn't want to be next to him. I feel bad even writing this because everything else was a great experience.. he just felt a little unprofessional to me and this isn't the first time. I've been in multiple times and am finally deciding to say something because it seems to be consistent with that gentleman.
Also, not using my personal account because I would appreciate the employees not knowing who wrote this as this is my preferred auto store.”

“After putting gas in our van this past Saturday morning, vehicle did not start, someone helped me jump start the van, and luckily I see the Napa store in front of me and pulled in right as the store opened, they had my battery and staff even hooked it up for us, and we were able to continue on to Washington.
