Called about getting my car done yesterday and I had forgotten about what shop it was immediately they called and got an attitude with me because I forgot and I just said I’d figured something else out because I wasn’t gonna be talked to like that. At first they were super nice when I first called and then next day I was met with full blown attitude and them saying “well we made the time for you today special so we could look at it” trying to guilt trip me because I didn’t wanna even take it in at this point. Maybe next time ya’ll shouldn’t call me with an attitude because I genuinely forgot, and you still would have gotten my business. Sincerely - a tired stressed out mom that don’t play😒

We left Pendleton OR heading for home in western NY, and were driving east on I-84 through a very hilly and curvy section. All at once every warning light on my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. We were right outside La Grande OR, so we got off the interstate and searched Google for a mechanic. B&B Repair came to the top of the list, and we are damn glad it did. Ben came right out and took a look at our situation. At first he thought the timing mechanism on the cam was out of sync, but then Ben asked if I had changed the oil recently. I had, about 5 days ago. He checked the oil level, and discovered we were low on oil. He guessed that the person who changed our oil hadn't filled it completely. He topped off the oil, and it took two quarts. We ran the ODI scan again after getting rid of all the codes, and all the lights went off. We drove the next 350 miles with no issues. Now, Ben could easily have left it at the bad camshaft timing issue and charged me beaucoup bucks for repairs, but instead he asked the right questions, thought everything through, and found the actual problem, which cost us a whopping $61. He was patient, explained everything to me clearly, and even looked over my tires when I asked him to (I need new ones, but they'll get me home). He explained how a low oil level can cause a cascading effect in the computer and throw every light on. La Grande is pretty lucky to have Ben for auto repairs, as these days superb and honest mechanics are hard to find. Thanks Ben - I think we'll make it home, thanks to you! Amazing shop!

Traveling through on our way to New Mexico, and experienced a tire blowout on our trailer. With tire shredded and wheel destroyed we set about looking for help. There were several tire shops in the area, but no one had the wheel in stock. Ben was the only one who went the extra mile for us. He called around to find what we needed and took care of business. So nice to come across people like Ben in our travels. We are so grateful to have found him.

Ben is always so helpful! He truly cares about people! In a small town, there is nothing more valuable than having a great Go-To mechanic! I recommend him to anyone that's asking about auto or motorcycle repairs in the LaGrande area!

I had a flat at 8am on a trip from Las Vegas to Seattle. These guys identified my issue (tire was garbage cause of Las Vegas heat), gave me a replacement, fixed it quick, and gave me a great price.I couldn’t recommend more 10/10 service and great convo.

So between misdiagnosed and shoty workmanship this shop cost me thousands of dollars and weeks if not monthes of missed riding days. Skipped test rides and parts that got misplaced or were broken and not recognized i wonder if its lazyness or incompatance. You should youtube it and do it yourself. Might be great for cars, but harley mechanics they are not. Great people though.

1000s spent on our harley, we were not impressed, they talk a good talk but in the end you won’t be happy, poor communication crazy mark up and horrible craftsmanship and they say they will warranty their work lmao! They still charge you and still can’t fix it right. We call this scab work, Would not! recommend them on Harley Davidson.Service: Engine repair
