So they put someone else's package on my doorstep. The address is no where close to mine. I try to get ahold of them and let them know but all I get is an AI that won't let me talk to an actual person. So Merry Christmas, I wonder who's present I got. SMH

My package was delivered upside-down sopping wet and ripped to pieces. Looks like they dropped in a puddle. May I add on top of the box was a fragile sticker not a kick around sticker. I would leave a negative star if possible they need to do better.
