We had to go clear to pendelton to mail off our package because evidently they didn't have the equipment to actually make out a shipping label from a different state and sending it off. It was ridiculous they're horrible I cannot believe they can't even make out a label to that so that we can mail it off from here instead of having to go to channel to do it horrible experience we are very very upset like we have the time to go to Pendleton to the mail if a package we should have been able to mail it here from FedEx but what is up with very horrible experience

They don't deal with FedEx express. Be sure to check the fine print on your package before you drop off here.

As many other reviews have stated...Fedex has horrible delivery service to my area. One package has been "on vehicle for delivery" for 3 days only to update at the end of each day that there was "an operational delay"! Thinking of not ordering anything that will be shipped through fedex from now on.

They need 2 be like every one else and be on time or let u drive to pick up but they dont answer phones or know anything about tracking very very........ un professional and due to weather bs if others can get here they can just lazy and dont care

Even USPS is faster than Fed Ex. Package has been delayed twice, sat in one location for 3 days at a time. This isn’t my only negative experience but it will be my last. USPS UPS and Amazon are faster than this in the peak holiday season with more accurate tracking info.

Usually I get my packages on time but here it is almost 2 weeks late and everyday I get a text saying my package is delayed even longer. It's delayed due to weather yet rhey can deliver my amazon packages. I'm beyond passed. After arguing with customer service. They I was told my package never got put on the truck to be delivered so why did FedEx pull up to my house today and just sit in their truck and then leave. You have a job to do I suggest you start doing it correctly!!! My package is a urgent package for my son's surgery Tuesday but now it won't even be delivered until that day supposedly.

Absolutely the worst delivery system in the world. I have had a package in transit in La Grade for two weeks. I’ve seen FedEx drivers in person daily, but it says due to weather it is delayed. This is just one of the many problems I have had with them. Ugh! So frustrating!

Delivery drivers need to be taught how to look for addresses on homes and knock louder/ring door bell. Almost 90% of all packages that have been delivered to my home, are put at another location. Only 3 buildings on my street, but still can't find the right house. Get more competent drivers that value their job.

Can’t seem to deliver a package to the correct address! Glad we have honest neighbors that bring our packages back to us . Very frustrating!!

Absolutely terrible. Always late. My package was supposed to arrive Wednesday. It was delayed to Friday. Friday I get a text that it’s out on the truck for delivery. 7pm comes and still no package. I get another text at 8 saying they couldn’t deliver my package due to severe weather in my area. What severe weather? A little rain is now severe weather yet I saw trucks out delivering all day? It was a complete lie to not have to deliver all the packages on Friday.

Supposed to have gotten my package last Wednesday then it got delayed to yesterday (10/25/21) and the driver full on stopped in my driveway, then drove off without dropping off my package and “couldn’t deliver” my package so now we are rescheduled AGAIN to today Tuesday (10/26/21) and we still haven’t gotten our package. I am severely upset with FedEx as I’ve never had an issue until now.

I always dread to learn that my package will be delivered by FedEx. Deliveries are always delayed for one reason or another, door tags are left and not associated to any delivery in their system. I call the number on the door tag and corporate tells me it's a scam, however, the local office says there was indeed a delivery attempt. Online tracking does not reflect the actual status of shipment. It's hard to be home if the tracking info says delayed in another state when it's actually local and a delivery is attempted. Get it together to provide your customers more accurate info on their deliveries. This would be extremely helpful to us! We could actually be home if the status said "out for delivery".

I was home when the FedEx deliverer knocked on my door and was walking back to their truck when I opened my door and grabbed my package. It was opened and none of my products were inside. It had to have been someone within the FedEx system since it was only sitting on my porch .5 seconds. I called and filed a claim, it has been over a week and still no reconciliation.
