“Great gym! I have been going for a few months now and I have established a routine that has absolutely helped me with my mental and physical health. It’s great to do cardio in the front area where the big windows are and they have two areas for weights. I like upstairs where they have the machines. I’m a little too intimidated to go downstairs where the heavy lifters are haha but I’ll get to it. Everyone is very friendly. I like to sit in the sauna, swim in their clean pool and take a shower then best of all at the end of a great workout you can reward yourself with sitting in the massage chair in the lobby. They are in the process of remodeling a new women’s bathroom and it’s looking beautiful! The only recommendation I have is actually of the members to wipe down the equipment after each use as it states throughout the gym. Again, love this place! Great atmosphere!”
