My “to do list” today included looking into winter storage for my motor home. I was apprehensive after dialing a local number to be connected to a call center, but my experience was very positive. I spoke with Jay, who easily accessed local availability, explained a summer promotion currently in effect, and within a few minutes had reserved a space for me. He reviewed all the necessary instructions, made sure I had phone numbers to contact a local manager or him if necessary, and forwarded paperwork. It was an easy process made easier by a knowledgeable representative. Plus, the price I’m paying is $21 less than another facility I contacted!

I had thousands of dollars worth of items stolen from their lot. When I asked for the security footage they informed me there was no cameras. When I asked for my Insurance they informed me it was cancelled without telling me, when I started talking to others I found out there’s about 7 known units that have been stolen from. That’s why everyone is leaving there. Steer clear. Storage pro is a joke. I’ve spoken with an attorney and reached out to the storage pro regional manager over 40 times. No response- at all. (The on site manager is good. This has nothing to do with him:)

We recently moved our RV out of Storage Pro. I first rented there with the original owner and I wish he hadn't sold the business to a California company. Rents started rising immediately. They had a fine manager named Christy and she lived on site in the house. But they told her she had to leave making her virtually homeless with her children which imo is not a good way to do business or treat people. Apparently the company wanted the income of renting out the house. I hope to see more affordable RV storage sites in the future in Oregon, preferably owned by Oregonians.

Storage was clean and nice access gate. However our trailer was not secure, we had a broken key in a lock. Also prices went from $120 month to $180 in the last 2 years, while security decreased. Managed by an outside entity and it’s not ideal. On site guy, Brian, very nice and understandable.

Facility is nice and was good for the first three years. We had our motorhome stored there. In the last 12 months we had fuel syphoned along with many others. Helped in the decision to sell. Under new owners the rate had almost doubled and then to have the unit vandalized was a double kick in the pants. They do have a new manager that's working hard to make it better just to little to late for us
