Spencer the pharmacy tech tonight,Thank you so much for getting my prescription in and helping me after hours! I appreciate your hard work and I'm so sorry the doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I appreciate everything you did today. I know your job can be hard I didn't care I waited and hour and half for my prescription. I'm so thankful you got it in and got it to me at the expense of your time. You're doing a great job!!!

It took 30 mins. to pickup a refill. Which they had told me was ready. And never ran it through my insurance.

I feel bad for the workers, I do. I don't know what's wrong with Safeway's system but it's NOT working.I've requested refills - then get a text message to refill it - obviously it didn't get refilled.We have requested refills and then gone in and been told the prescription was "lost". We go back to get it and it still isn't available. A week later we still don't have it. These are meds you cannot run out of - but we did.Safeway pharmacy is not capable of keeping medication in stock that they need to keep in stock and the way they process/refill medication with their system is NOT working.I would absolutely not recommend anyone use them if you need your medication in a timely manner and need it refilled. Not unless they do a major system overhaul.

A long wait just to be told their system was down so they couldn’t update my insurance information and I had to pay for everything out of pocket.

I enjoy shopping at Safeway for both the products and the employees. I like having someone check me out and that why I dhop there.

This store particularly needs a drive-thru because I think that I think it would be full Stars if they had to drive through to where everybody didn't have to follow along you know the cold section of the aisles trying to get through to you know halfway in the middle of the store they need to seriously think about a drive-through or at least maybe even a delivery system so that this part of the the pandemic isn't affecting how people feel about the pharmacist I am okay because I know that Tiffany and Spencer know where we're coming from and can say hey you know what I'm really overworked right now so can you please just give me a few minutes and it would be okay and I think that that's what I think Spencer and Tiffany from Baker and from here this particular store that the people that know them are encouraging them to spread their their giving love and respecting education and work ethics to other people because they think that you know I think everybody else could act like you mean it would be great

Deli was awful. Chicken was dry. Stuffed jalapenos were chewy and tasted like they had been,in the case for 2 days. And the guy that waited on me acted like he'd rather be anywhere but at work.

Not sure why it's so hard to get someone on the phone at this pharmacy but it's annoying. This pharmacy has a long line most of the time. The employees are friendly, though.
