So today I was just shopping got a monster and this worker kept on following me and it made me very uncomfortable and I was about to say something but I did not and it was very weird like all I was doing was shopping for breakfast so please tell your workers that they should not be following people (edit) so yesterday I was there and I felt like every single worker there was watching me and I do not know why like I did not do nothing wrong so apparently the owner of Safeway did not talk to his coworkers maybe he should fire them cause if they got a problem with me they should talk to me about it but all they were doing was eye balling me really bad and I was really scared and trust me if I could give zero stars I would I do not like it there but I got to shop there

People in the deli are not nice they want to hurry customers up they act like they want customers to stop asking for food and leave them alone I should of just left all the sandwiches and drinks there and take off. You guys need to learn to have patience

Passing through town, stopped for snacks and bathroom. Asked an employee about the bathroom code and he kindly let me in. Purchased some snacks, then gas, and had to go again because I’m pregnant. Felt bad using the bathroom again so I made another purchase in self checkout and then very nicely asked the woman supervising the self checkout if she could give me the bathroom code. She very rudely told me she couldn’t give it to me and to go wait by the customer service desk where there was no one. I waited for a couple of minutes, another customer got in line behind me. She was also very rude to him. Finally she knocked on the door, the other employee came out. She rattled off the code to me so fast I couldn’t remember it. Self checkout employee rolled her eyes at me and said “just come here” and wrote it down. As I took a picture of it, she angrily told me “We change it every day”. I can’t convey quite how unkind this woman was during our encounter by writing this but I was shocked. This is the condensed version, if you’d like me to explain it over the phone I can do that as well. Everyone has bad days and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but she was absolutely awful. I rarely write bad reviews but this employee needs to be spoken with. It was 6/8 at about 2:40pm.

$10 for a Rotisserie chicken is a great deal when you're visiting town for work travel and staying in hotels with no kitchen. And they have a great selection of a bunch of other stuff, too.

This particular store is staffed by friendly people, but the bathroom is filthy. I also hate the digital coupon system. Please for the love of god stop making me use an app so you can track me and sell my information. It’s annoying to reinstall and uninstall every time I shop here. I know it’s a corporate thing, but it makes me avoid shopping here unless I have no other choice.
Today I tried to take advantage of the deal pictured here. I got to the register, and was told the sale was on “value packs”. As you can see, there were no value packs available. Stuff like this is misleading and very annoying. I was told I could bring it back to have it repackaged, but they should have just given me the sale price without the extra hassle.

This is a nicer Safeway. It's not that old and has been updated already. They carry a lot of different items than Walmart, so you get variety. There's a real meat counter, too. Those are kind of going extinct, so it's a nice addition they have delivery and the app works very well with the store.

I’ve been shopping this store for many years. The staff is very helpful. The displays are nicely done. However, the bathroom is Filthy. This is a huge concern. The toilets in particular are not clean at all. People leaving behind their waste and it smells horrible. The worst part of this is, the food displays, deli, and Starbucks aren’t far at all from the bathrooms. There is a huge sanitary issue in the store. You have to keep things clean to prevent illnesses and bacteria’s. Please do something about this.
