All in all great service and honest work and pricing. Giving 4 star because their computer guy was supposed to clean my pc. Cleaned it, changed the admin without telling me, then said he was unable to change it back, had to factory reset the pc and lost everything to get it back to being my own pc...

I paid 200$ to get my charging port fixed. In the process they broke the microphone for my phone, so now no one can hear me when I make phone calls. When I brought it in under warranty, they couldn’t fix the problem and basically told me I’m out of luck. Don’t waste your time and money here like I did, just buy a new phone instead

Neat place with a cool selection of electronics.Been here a few times for phone repairs and they do a great job.I've seen people come needing to fix a setting on their phone they can't figure out and the staff patiently showed and taught them how to get what they need.When asked "how much do I owe you?""Put a tip in the donation jar to help local kids be educated on electronics. The owner lives in Hermiston where the other CellFix is! He cares about our community and the kids here too. I met him, Tim was very nice and we had a good chat.Lester and Perry run the shop and they are great too.

NOT GONNA LIE, paid way more than I expected for a screen replacement on my cell. But I think that's a function of the price of parts more than anything else. What I am here to say is that the staff at Cell Fix in LG took great care of me and went above and beyond to take care of me and my phone! 10 outta 10 recommend

took my phone back 3 times after the screen they put in did not work and the back of my phone was left open. the 2nd screen they put in cracked in 3 days. my phone would not swipe open. they told me it would cost another $150 to put a 3rd screen on. Nd the back is open again and my case is all stretched out and ruin. 6 years with my phone and had no problems. now i have no phone and out $150. i wish I had read the reviews. don't go there!!

Fixed my phones power button and even ordered a back up because the first power button was a dud but they thought ahead and ordered two and and made sure the working power button was the correct model and would work before I left all under 20 minutes

We had an iPad with a broken charging port. Cell fix was able to estimate ahead of time the two repair possibilities and costs and then fix it promptly. Thank you very much!

DO NOT GO HERE!These people are crooked. Here is some context:I took my month-old S22 Ultra in for a screen replacement after turning completely black. The price was around $450 which I was okay with. It took about 3 days. After paying the $450 and taking back the phone and examining the screen, I was happy with the final product. Not long after, while taking photos of my family with the phone, I realized an issue with the clarity of the photos. It was then I examined the rear-facing cameras and, lo and behold, I found a smudge (perhaps a fingerprint) on one of the inner lens. Immediately, I reached out to The Cell Fix explaining in detail my situation. Expediently, they replied to my email letting me know to "bring it in". Today, I was finally able to take the phone into the store and further discuss the matter.IMPORTANT FACT: My phone has not been taking to any other cell repair place and I do not know how to disassemble it myself. The inside of the phone has never been handled BY ANYONE, let alone the inner lens in question.After disputing at length whether there was a smudge on the inner lens (the salesman conceded after some time) he went on to tell me that even though the phone had not been disassembled elsewhere, opening the phone and fixing their mistake (my opinion) would cost me an additional $40 and an extra days wait. THIS WAS AFTER THE SALESMAN SAT AND LEANED BACK IN HIS CHAIR MID-DISCUSSION. There was even a sign on his table obscuring any eye contact.I have never faced an establishment that was so unprofessional and discourteous. Don't trust these people. Give your time and hard-earned money somewhere you will be treated with genuine respect.
